In essence, all human beings are spiritual beings. They may have distinct stages in the development of such a demand and hence work at different levels of need satisfaction as a result. Abraham Maslow, a well-known psychologist, categorized human wants into five categories based on their hierarchical nature:-Biological needs, such as hunger, thirst, and sex, are at the bottom of the hierarchy. The safety demands, which include security, stability, and order, are the next priority. Then there's a sense of belonging, which includes things like affiliation, affection, and identity.

How do you develop a spiritual quotient?

1. Examine your spiritual foundation. You are merely asking yourself questions about who you are and what you mean when you explore your spiritual essence.
