How would you describe your spiritual self?

Your Spiritual Self is the most beautiful and powerful version of yourself. It's your true self, the part of you that hasn't been conditioned, the you without patterns. There's no need to get caught up in the lingo because this is a personal matter for everyone of us. During your Process, you were acquainted with this aspect of yourself, which we refer to as your Spiritual Self.

What the Bible says about our identity?

“For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body ruled by sin may be abolished, that we might no longer be slaves to sin,” says Romans 6:6. “So God made people in his own image, in the image of God; male and female he created them,” says Genesis 1:27.

How do I know my spirituality?

While spirituality is a personal matter, looking at what other people believe is a good place to start. You may uncover something that you feel is right for you by learning what others believe. There's no need to recreate the wheel if you can find something that works for you already. Here are several methods for determining what others believe.

  • Discover the different types of organized religions. Learn about their religious beliefs, rituals, and practices. Check to see if any of the religions align with your current beliefs.
  • Do some online research. Look for local churches in your neighborhood and learn about what they have to offer and their beliefs.
  • Read spirituality-related books. Investigate the authors' viewpoints and take note of anything that appears to be relevant to you.
  • Read sacred scriptures from different religions. If something appears to be correct, investigate it further.
  • Inquire about the beliefs of your friends and relatives. Tell them you're looking for spiritual guidance and ask if they have any suggestions. Be willing to engage in spiritual debates.
  • Consult with religious authorities in your area. Inquire if they have any suggestions for discovering your spirituality.
  • Each week, try attending a service at a different church. Find out what you enjoy and what you despise. Examine whether you're drawn to any certain service or concept.
  • Take a religion or spirituality class. Learning more about what's available will assist you in deciding which path to choose.
  • Many television programs and documentaries about spirituality and other religions are available to help you understand more about other people's beliefs.

What is your identity as a child of God?

To achieve your divine mission, you must first understand who you are in Christ. You were given a distinct identity by God. The more you know about who you were created to be, the more power you'll have against the lies that try to impede you from achieving your goals.

You were made in God's likeness. 1 Chronicles 1:27 “So that's what God did. He made human beings in His likeness, both male and female.”

God has an everlasting affection for you. 31:3 Jeremiah “I appeared to them from afar and said, ‘I have loved you with an eternal love — I have drawn you close out of faithfulness.'”

In His eyes, you are priceless. 72:14 (Psalms) “He will free them from the pain of persecution and violence; their blood is precious in his eyes.”

God sent His son, Jesus, to suffer on the cross in order to atone for your sins. 3:16 (John) “For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whomever believes in Him will not perish but will have eternal life.”

Because of Jesus' generosity, you have been reconciled to God. “How much more will we be saved by Jesus' resurrection life if we were in the furnace of battle with God when His Son reconciled us by laying down His life?” says Romans 5:10.

It is possible to win through loving God and His children. 10:27 in Luke “You shall love the Eternal One your God with everything you have: all your heart, soul, might, and mind,” says the Bible, “and love your neighbor as yourself.”

You have been given the ability to influence things on Earth. Revelation 2:7 “You see, God gave us a powerful, loving, and disciplined spirit, not a cowardly spirit.”

Pray this identification prayer to claim God's identity in your life: Heavenly Father, I accept your beautiful gifts of Jesus' blood, your everlasting love, a seat in heaven, and power over darkness. I refuse to believe the deception that your wonderful gifts aren't intended for me. I accept you and everything you are into my spirit, soul, and heart.
