My clients have been able to recognize different persons from previous lifetimes as present spouses, siblings, and children in this lifetime through past life regression or life between life sessions, and recognize that they are a part of their soul group.
The energy between soul group members tends to bleed into one another, allowing them to share ideas, feelings, and even dreams.
A soul group can be defined as a collection of Souls who have the same “energetic fabric.”
I've worked with a lot of families over the years, but one sticks out as being cut from the same vibrant cloth as the others.
They have a strong bond and a caring connection that has endured despite their life's challenges.
What does a soul group mean?
The innermost circle of people in your life is known as a soul group. They are a part of our lives because they help us learn life lessons. We all have friends, coworkers, loved ones, and family members, but only a handful will have such a tremendous impact on our lives.
How do you know if someone is a soul group?
If wanderers from different religions come up to you and ask, “What are the requirements for the development of the wings of self-awakening, my friend?” You should respond, “There are monks who have admirable companions, admirable comrades, and admirable friends. This is the initial step toward the development of self-awakening wings.”
There are a few indicators that you've found someone who connects with your Soul. (Please note that many of these indicators do not apply in karmic relationships.) Here are a few things to keep in mind:
Your eye contact is deep and engaging
It doesn't feel strange to maintain prolonged eye contact with members of your Soul Family.
When you do make eye contact, it's as if there's something familiar, something reassuring, something old, that you both share.
Perhaps you're tapping into a deeper truth that you both silently understand and share when you make eye contact.
They will be more Soul-centric than Ego-centric
Ego-centered goals such as fame, position, money, and glory will not entice members of your Soul Family. They'll be more soul-centered instead.
They might be interested in things like conscious living, meditation, healthy food, yoga, environmental protection, and so on. Even if they aren't particularly “spiritual,” you'll be able to sense their enormous heart.
You're magnetically drawn to them
Members of your Soul Family will “stick out” to you like sore fingers for no apparent reason. You'll be drawn to them and their energy right away. Even if you lose contact with them, they will most likely reappear in your life.
Both of you speak the “same language
When you communicate, you both have comparable views and insights, and you're emotionally on the same page. It's not unusual for you to have the same thoughts and say the same things, as if you're reading each other's minds.
You feel as though you've known them for your entire life
In your entire life, you've never felt so at ease and understood by another individual! Your connection has a timeless quality to it. You had an odd sense of recognition and familiarity when you first met this person.
They appear in your life when you most need guidance
You'll attract a member of your Soul Family for spiritual instruction when you're ready to move beyond your current layers of fear and limiting beliefs.
Hours talking with them feels like minutes
When you converse with someone from your Soul Family, time is absolutely relative. You're having so much fun talking with them that time flies by, and before you know it, three hours have passed!
They reflect your best qualities
Your Soul Family will mirror your best traits while also challenging you to see and accept your weaknesses.
Creating difficult circumstances for you to learn from (usually unconsciously) or being brutally honest with you are both examples of challenging you (even if it hurts).
Whatever the circumstance may be, you can rely on your Soul Family to assist you in growing honestly.
You share similar life experiences
You and your Soul Family member will talk about topics including abandonment, abuse, solitude, and other challenges. Each life topic will serve as a springboard for personal development, counsel, and mutual support.
Your Soul feels nourished in their presence
Some people in life seem to have a negative impact on your spirit; nevertheless, your Soul Family has the opposite effect. Members of your Soul Tribe will always make you feel seen, heard, loved, and encouraged.
You can be your raw and authentic self with them
Around your Soul Family, there's no need to hide, fake, or pretend to be someone else. On both a personality and a Soul level, your Soul Family honors and cherishes the “genuine” you.
What is the definition of soul family?
The spiritual equivalent of your birth family on Earth is your soul family. They could be a close relative on Earth, or they could be anyone in your life. They remind you of your siblings, parents, or children when you meet them.
What is the soul spirituality?
The soul is the spirit that animates and sustains the body. Some spiritual teachers believe that the soul is made up of the mind, will, and emotions. Our brains do the thinking, but the soul determines the quality of our thoughts. The soul can be energized or depleted, concentrated or distracted. If we're unhappy with our lives, especially if we're always looking for meaning but never quite finding it, we may be labeled as'restless souls' or – in the most extreme circumstances ‘lost souls.'
Even though most of us would have a hard time explaining the difference between soul and spirit, our use of words shows an intuitive grasp. When was the last time you heard someone described as a worried or lost soul?
How do you know if two souls are connected?
When two people feel they are connected on a soul level in a substantial or unusual way, they are said to have made a soul connection. It's the feeling that your connection is bigger than the earth plane, that something bigger brought you together or is at work than the practical details of your relationship, like being coworkers or lovers. You might have a sense that you've known each other in a previous life or that your souls decided to meet now before this one.
Tess Whitehurst, spiritual teacher and bestselling author, tells mbg, “When I hear the word'soul mate,' it often appears to connote exclusivity.” Whitehurst, who has been in a romantic relationship for 20 years with the same partner, believes the opposite is true: “We have many soul mates.” We're all connected on a soul level because we're all part of a common humanity or spiritual consciousness.
How do you know whether you've found your soul mate? Let's take a look at different forms of soul connections, keeping in mind that there may be some overlap. In a variety of ways, someone could be your soul mate.
What are soul circles?
There's a part of each of us that listens and waits for the voice of the genuine in others… and in ourselves. Thurman, Howard
I've been hosting Soul to Soul Circles in my home for the past seven years. And with each passing year, I gain a better understanding of how powerful a circle can be…
Circles are an ancient form of communicationif done correctly, soul communionthat gently pulls back the human, ego-created masks to allow individuals' interiors to become better known, both privately and publicly, within a safe, sacred space.
Personally, I believe that being a part of a Soul to Soul Circle will help people of all ages all over the world. I often fantasize about what it would be like for teenagers, parents, professionals, the elderly, and nearly any other group to have a space where they could be fully seen and heard, and to come precisely as they are. So far, my circles have mostly consisted of women between the ages of 25 and 65 who are at various phases of the self-realization path that leads us deeper and deeper within ourselves.
Interestingly, while some people may immediately associate a Soul to Soul Circle with religion, this is far from the case. A rabbi's wife, Catholics, former-Catholics, Unitarians, Jews, other denominations, and those, like myself, who do not adhere to any religion at all, make up my current circle. Separation, labels, and labels are the polar opposites of what a Circle encourages. Instead, the goal is to penetrate the human suit's layers in order to reach the heart and soul.
Joining a Soul to Soul Circle takes courage. Most people are apprehensive when they first enter a forum like this. There is a dread of being vulnerable and so fully seen, which brings up a variety of concealed aspects of one's interior. I admire anyone who is prepared to sit among a group of twenty people and go beneath the surface of their humanity into the uncharted high seas of the soul.
Basically, I conduct a Soul to Soul Circle (and there is no one-size-fits-all approach) by choosing a gateway, usually a book, to be utilized for a ten-week series of meetings, each lasting two hours. The book is merely a tool for inducing self-discovery. The content serves as a springboard for self-reflection and wholeness.
For me, the most important aspect of reading any book these days is how it relates to me. Is what the author says about me accurate? That is my sole criterion. To put it another way, does it inspire my heart to love myself and others more? Does it help me to have a more intense sense of Oneness? Is it the truthspirit-embodimentthat it reminds me of? Is it an urge to seek deep within myself for personal growth so that my disparate parts might be better integrated? Does it make me feel more whole in my human experience? Does it help me dismantle my ego to a greater extent? Is it causing me to have a stronger capacity for nonjudgment? Is it assisting me in combining BOTH the human and the soul perspectives into one vantage point at the same time?
I'm sure you've figured out that this isn't your average book club, and it's not meant to be…
In terms of the format, I offer a very brief, spontaneous invitation of gratitude for all aspects of the Circle, we share a few minutes of silence together, and we check-in with one another on anything that might be on the horizon “We move into the material, each having brought at least three themes that relate to the above questions in some way, and finally, we end with a tremendous THANK YOU that occurred during the week (such as a synchronicity or a challenging issue in a participant's life), we move into the material, each having brought at least three themes that relate to the above questions in some way, and finally, we end with a tremendous THANK YOU that occurred during the week (such as a synchronicity or a challenging
In no way, shape, or form, is the Soul to Soul Circle a top-down model. The focus is never on one person at the top, but rather shifts around based on who is sharing at the time. I set the tone and context as the facilitator. The context in my groups is what may be described as spiritual development, and the tone is soft, gentle, clear, and deep. It's also worth noting that, because we're focusing on our humanity as much as our soul, there's a lot of laughter to be enjoyed!
The reason for this is actually fairly simple. There is no other goal but to have a deeper relationship with our own soul and to witness the same in others, so that we can live more authentically and fully as whole human beings. We gradually come to navigate the world from this space, more from the perspective of soul and less from the perspective of role.
Every relationship and situation in life offers an opportunity for personal development.
We are all interconnected, and our personal evolution has an impact on the entire human race.
In current times, there is an energy shift taking place in which components of the divine feminine are merging with the masculine orientation that has reigned for generations. The Soul to Soul Circle is a symbol of this transformation, and it may be used to transform places of higher self-awareness and authenticity across all areas, faiths, organizations, and institutions. Circles can be referred to by any term you like: power circles, presence circles, truth circles, and so on.
Many people have asked me what a Soul to Soul Circle comprises, so I'm offering these words today. As the facilitator, I advocate some sort of energy exchange. Because circles are such an important component of my work, I charge for them. The details and vision of a circle, on the other hand, will be up to whoever decides to make it. Again, there are no hard and fast laws, only possibilities “framework” is mentioned above.
This type of communion can provide a lot of benefits. The following is a quote that I'd like to leave you with.

How do you know if you are spiritually connected to someone?
Humans like forming bonds with the unique persons who enter our life as social creatures.
Some connections are profound, mysterious, and leave an indelible impression on us.
If you are pulled to specific people for any reason, you may have created a spiritual connection with them.
This person has been referred to as a soul mate, a prior life, or a kindred spirit.
When you meet someone with whom you share a spiritual bond, you form an instant and profound bond with them that isn't always romantic.
And, while your relationship may not endure forever, you'll undoubtedly learn something new along the way.
Here are 19 indicators that you've developed a strong spiritual connection with someone:
Can your soulmate be your child?
My message is to refuse to accept society's concept of a soul mate. Look into it more. Examine yourself to see what or who is altering your reality. A soulmate can be a friend, a kid, a sibling, a parent, or a lover. It can be anyone or whatever you want it to be. The link is extraordinary and one-of-a-kind. It's so uncommon that you'd never confuse it for anything else. The issue has simply been that we have all been seeking for our soulmate down the same path, and as a result, we may have missed what we were looking for all along.
How do I attract my soul tribe?
It might be hazardous to your health to be a part of a tribe that you don't believe supports you. That's why it's critical to take the necessary actions to generate your own Roseto Effect by forming a social support network. “Your vibe attracts your tribe,” as we've all heard. Yes, it is correct! All you have to do is be willing to listen to your Soul and let go of the cultural programming that is holding you back.
Here are six ways to bring your Soul tribe into your life and create the Roseto Effect:
- Let go of your cultural conditioning. Dr. Mario Martinez has studied the wounds that all tribes inflict on those who cross the line: betrayal, rejection, and shame. In your original tribe, ask yourself if you are able to be all of who you truly are. If not, there has never been a time in history when locating your genuine Soul family has been easier.
- Set a goal for yourself. When looking for new social connections, ask yourself the following questions: “What am I passionate about? “What have I always wanted to learn, see, or do?” Allow your responses to lead you. One word of caution: When looking for your Soul tribe, resist the impulse to form bonds simply based on a common wound, such as incest, the loss of a child, or disease, because the wound can easily become the group's sole purpose for existing. And, if you progress to the point where you wish to bring more happiness and light into the community, you may be rejected once more.
- Allow oneself to be open to new ideas. Begin with yourself and undertake the necessary inner work to build a more supportive tribe. Many people are caught in the middle of two universes. They know their old life isn't working, but they haven't quite figured out how to start a new one. Participate in an exercise that will assist you in determining your needs and manifesting your Soul tribe. Meditating, praying, keeping a journal, or saying affirmations may be beneficial. You could also wish to make a home altar and fill it with items that connect you to your tribe. Continue to release any limiting beliefs as you go through these exercises by writing them down on bits of paper and burning or tossing them away.
- Make contact with us via the internet. The Internet has provided us with a plethora of opportunities to meet new individuals. Because of internet dating and social media, more individuals are discovering love at all ages than ever before, according to relationship coach Diana Kirschner, author of Love in 90 Days. Finding your Soul tribe is the same way. Social networking is an excellent area to reach out to your Soul tribe. Facebook groups may be a great place to meet new people and keep in touch with old ones. Alternatively, build a blog and name the people you wish to attract. Keep in mind that when utilizing social media, you may find that you need to “Some people should be “unfriended.”
- Experiment with stepping out. It takes courage to do something like this. Almost all of us recall sitting in the middle school cafeteria by ourselves. If you aren't willing to try something new on your own, you may find yourself stuck here. Volunteer in your neighborhood, enroll in an art class, or seek out a spiritual community that feels genuine to you. Simply being out and around will make you feel more connected right away. When you meet people with whom you click, invite them to join your tribe.
- Allow yourself to let rid of your ego. Our notion of being “different” or “special” can sometimes stand in the way of belonging. The ego is excellent at protecting us, but don't let it build a myth of separation that keeps you from having the relationships you desire. Years ago, while I was re-inventing myself following my divorce, I thought “The “true tribe” was located elsewhere. The more I let go of my old tribal conditioning about what I'm doing, the better “The more I've done, spoken, and thought what I'm “supposed” to, the more my genuine tribe has gathered.
Material possessions don't matter much to you
While you certainly have a few prized goods, you don't equate happiness with money or possessions.
Rather of pursuing wealth, you simply aspire to have enough money to fulfill your basic necessities, plus a little extra for savings or emergencies.
Rather than upgrading technology on a regular basis or remodeling your home on the spur of the moment, you're more inclined to keep items for as long as they endure.
Keeping up with current fashion trends may not be important to you since you value intangibles such as knowledge, compassion, and peace.
You focus on meaningful connections
Small social circles are common among old souls and other sensitive folks. Your circle of friends could be made up of people of all ages, from various backgrounds and life experiences.
Old souls are known for their keen intuition, so you might have a flair for predicting who will make a good companion.
You probably found it difficult to relate to individuals your own age as a child and were more drawn to persons older than you. You may have wished for greater substance in your interactions, but your classmates may have thought you were awkward or stuck-up. Maybe you've even been teased.
You may not have had much time for play if you had a challenging home environment, especially if you had to take on a more mature position in your household.
This would have made finding common ground with peers even more challenging, so you probably learnt to value relationships with people who seemed to understand you.
You need a lot of time alone
People with older souls are more sensitive to other people's emotions and the environment. Higher sensitivity often implies you'll need more alone time to recover from the constant assault of emotions.
Generally speaking, you prefer to observe rather than interact. When school or job necessitates group engagement, you might position yourself on the periphery to avoid being overwhelmed by other people's noise both the audible and emotional “noise” you absorb.
You have lots of leisure for artistic endeavors, daydreaming, and quiet reflection.
Many elderly people are voracious readers. You might find that stories from other locations and times appeal to you the most, to the point where you can nearly see yourself as a participant in them.
Others may perceive you as aloof, distracted, or out of touch with reality.
You have high empathy
The ability to think about and feel what others are going through can give you a sense of maturity and gravity. At the same hand, being aware of other people's grief can place a burden on your shoulders that can be difficult to shift.
Increased sensitivity might make conflict more difficult to resolve, making you want to isolate yourself and spend time in nature or other serene, quiet locations.
You spend a lot of time thinking about how to make a difference
Old souls are more likely to consider in terms of the big picture than than the intricacies. You realize you won't be able to alter the world on your own, so you concentrate on making improvements where you can.
Your drive to help others can make the more transient aspects of life appear less essential.
In other words, you float along, mostly untouched by the ups and downs of daily life.
You have a strong emotional bond with individuals you hold dear and may feel compelled to help them overcome difficulties.
So that your loved ones continue to seek your assistance, your intuition may lead you to share wisdom or beneficial problem-solving solutions.
People with aged souls are also more sensitive to the subtleties of human conduct. You may be more prone to believe in people' inherent worth and acknowledge their ability to change, regardless of their decisions.
