Molecules vibrating at different speeds make up everything in the cosmos. Trees, bodies, rocks, animals, thoughts, and emotions are all examples of this. Everything in the human body vibrates, from physical substance to the way you communicate and the thoughts you have. To put it another way, certain molecules vibrate quicker than others; there are higher and lower vibrations.
Lower vibrations make you feel heavy, dark, and confused, but higher vibrations make you feel lighter, happier, and more at peace. Almost all spiritual traditions refer to greater levels of consciousness, and scientific investigations (such as those conducted by consciousness researcher and spirituality author Dr. David Hawkins) have quantified the vibrations of various states of being to develop a consciousness scale.

1. Thankfulness
One of the quickest methods to raise your energy is to express gratitude. Stop reading right now and take a peek around the room. Turn your focus on what you are grateful for right now (there is always something). It could be your purring cat, the lovely weather, or the fact that you have another day on this planet. “You can't feel fear or rage and thankfulness at the same moment,” life coach Tony Robbins stated. As a result, if you find yourself experiencing a low-energy mood, try shifting your focus to appreciation. Make gratitude a habit, and you'll notice a shift in your perspective as you gain spiritual awareness and appreciation for the small things.
2. Infatuation
Bring to remember someone who is simple to love and cherish them in your heart. Consider how you would feel if he or she were seated in front of you. A sense of expansion, lightness, and enjoyment will overtake your existence, and that is the transformation you are seeking. Love is one of the highest vibrating states of being (the fourth highest level on Hawkins' scale of awareness) and has the ability to lift you out of the deepest of ditches. Your vitality will soar if you tune your heart to love.
3. Charitableness
It lowers your energy and makes you feel unpleasant when you are stingy or greedy with anything (love, attention, money). In fact, when you hang your happiness on someone other than yourself, you end up experiencing the polar opposite of how you want to feel. Generosity is the antidote. Offer whatever it is you want more of in your life to someone or something else. Are you down on your luck? Donate a small amount of money to charity. Are you lonely? Make an attempt to make someone you don't know smile. Have you run out of time? Donate your time to a worthwhile cause.
4. Breathwork and meditation
The research of Dr. Hawkins was founded on the premise that the more “true” something is, the higher its degree of consciousness (or vibration). As a result, you will resonate more harmoniously with the truth if you train yourself to be present with the moment you are in. The past and future exist only in your head; the only true reality is the present. Meditating and breathing consciously soothes your nervous system, enhances your mood, and increases emotions of peaceall of which are high-vibe attributes that will benefit your overall well-being. This spiritual practice aids in quickly raising your vibration level so that you can reap the advantages right now.
5. The ability to forgive
Blame has a low energy on Abraham-Hicks' emotional guidance scale. Blame is ranked 15th out of 22 emotions (in order of highest vibration to lowest vibration). If you can strive toward forgiveness, you'll be able to let go of the lower energy that can weigh you down like a bowling ball, and you'll be able to move up the scale.

While you're at it, make sure your home and workplace environs reflect your sense of beauty, passion, and joy in life. The appropriate lighting may make a big difference in your productivity and attitude. Hang art that makes you feel good. Use hues that will help you relax and refresh. Reduce the amount of clutter in your home and make more room for clarity. Your environment has a significant impact on how you feel on the inside and how you live your life.
11. Take a Walk in the Park
Get some workout in the great outdoors for a double-whammy boost to your vibration. Allow the sun to shine on your face while you work up a sweat. Reconnect with Mother Nature by taking a break from the incessant buzz of energy and electronics. Even a few minutes spent outside thoughtfully can drastically change your mood, which is why taking a walk around the block when you're experiencing a mental block or a lover's quarrel can be so good.
12. Ensure that your relationships are thriving.
Finally, surround yourself with individuals who will help you rather than hinder you. Spend your time only with individuals who make you feel good about yourself, who believe in you, and who share your desire to resonate at a high frequency.

Different songs may increase your frequency when it comes to traditional tunes. As a result, this is a very intimate group.
The crucial thing to consider here is whether or not a music uplifts you and makes you feel joyful when you listen to it. Perhaps something a little lighter? Is it able to assist you re-create the feeling you receive when you undertake other high-vibe activities, such as practicing gratitude or meditating?
Though there are many songs that make me feel great, the songs in the following category are the ones that help me the most when it comes to elevating my mood, and they're what come to mind when I think “high vibrational music.”
Spiritually-Inspired High Vibe Music
In this area, I'm referring to music that is associated with spiritual activities and events. Consider a yoga or meditation class.
And, while some may not consider it “music,” I also enjoy using sound baths to improve my mood.
How do you shift your energy?
I've discovered five key ways to alter my energy, which I'll outline here. There are only suggestions, not prescriptions, as always. Take what works for you, leave the rest, and alter and adjust to your specific needs and tastes. If necessary, repeat a practice or try a few new things. Your role is to simply note what feels supportive and helpful as you construct and participate in these rituals.
- Make use of your senses. Provide oneself with a soothing or energizing sensory experience. Take a walk or drive, listen to music, eat something wonderful, take a bath, talk to your plants, and pet your pets, to name a few suggestions. The trick is to be present and enable your senses to be fully engaged.
- Pay attention to your breathing and body. The breath can serve as a grounding anchor for us in the present moment, and it is constantly there. Spend a few minutes deliberately observing and recording your breath. You might also move your body to change your energy – here are 30 movement suggestions to get you started!
- Change your surroundings. Either move to a different location or make a change in your surroundings. This could imply leaving the area or perhaps the house. This could include things like changing the lighting, rearranging the furniture, or making your bed.
- Release your emotions in a symbolic way. You can express your emotions by writing them down, crumpling them up, and burning or shredding the paper. You may either scream into a pillow or up into the sky. Find a means to let go of the emotional weight metaphorically or spiritually.
- Seek out accountability or a sense of belonging. Enlist the help of a friend or loved one to help you change things up. This could entail inviting them to participate in the ritual or simply texting them before and after you've completed the rites you wish to do. We don't have to undertake difficult things by ourselves; in reality, we really do need one other.
What do spiritual vibrations feel like?
A frequency is assigned to each vibration. When it comes to spiritual vibrations, it's believed that they range from low to high on a scale:
- Negativity generates lower frequency vibrations. Low-frequency vibrations are produced whenever you experience worry, wrath, fear, envy, or hatred. You're being dragged down by these low, heavy vibrations.

Higher frequencies are, in some ways, more potent than lower frequencies, according to spiritual vibration theory.
This means that if you increase your vibration, you can replace lower-frequency vibrations with higher-frequency vibrations. This isn't going to be simple, but it should be a little easier than you think!
How do you get a high vibe?
There are other publications that discuss vibration science, but this piece is about sensation. How you feel is the simplest way to determine your vibe. #1 Go Outside / Be in Nature
Being in nature has a naturally uplifting effect. Simply taking a walk in the park or going on a climb will increase your frequency. When I looked into this quick way to de-stress, I discovered that simply glancing at a tree can help you relax even if you're in your office!
#2 Move Body / Exercise
Your energy is physically shifted as you move your body. While I understand that not everyone enjoys working out, dancing, exercising, or even going for a stroll can all make you feel better. After a wonderful Zumba class, I always have the biggest grin on my face. What makes you joyful when you're moving?
#3 Eat Clean
Each food has its own set of vibrations. Clean, whole foods have a high vibration by nature. Consider how you feel after eating fast food versus a smoothie from a health food store. I'm not sure about you, but fast food makes me feel heavy, but healthy food makes me feel light and energized.
#4 Hydrate
Hydration aids in the enjoyment of high-vibe energy. You may feel lethargic and unmotivated if you're dehydrated. And when you've had your fill of water, you're usually ready to move! Hydration is a potent source of energy.
#5 Play / Do Something for Joy
As children, we naturally play and are always joyful. But then we have to start being adults, and it's as if we forget how to play and just do things for the sake of doing them. What's more, guess what? Adults should also have fun and play! Set aside time for it.
#6 QT with Animals
Few individuals can gaze at a dog without being giddy with delight. Animals are unique, and spending quality time with them may undoubtedly improve our moods and outlook.
#7 Clean
When our environments get congested and filthy, it can clog both our houses' and our own energies. Make some time to be organized and clean if you feel like the energy in your home is trapped or stagnant.
#8Clear Energy
Following up on #7, you can undertake an energy cleansing using sage to purify the energy of your home (preferably after you've physically cleaned it). Palo santo can remove energy, however according to my research, it is better for bringing in positive energy, whilst sage is better for clearing negative energy.
#10 Crystals
Crystals have a really positive energy. My favorite thing to do with them is to boost the energy in my house. Each crystal has its own vibration-raising properties, and you can learn more about them by reading crystal books. Clear quartz and selenite are two of my favorite crystals for bringing positive energy into my home.
#11 Listen to High Vibe Content
When I'm feeling sad, one of the things that instantly raises my spirits is listening to upbeat audiobooks or podcasts. Rhonda Byrne's The Power is my top pick (author of The Secret).
#12 Be Kind / Acts of Kindness
Have you ever done something good for someone else and felt better as a result of that act of service and giving? Yup. Being kind and performing acts of kindness are both extremely high-vibrational activities that can significantly enhance your vibration.
#13 Gratitude
Gratitude is, in my opinion, the most effective method to improve your mood. It's nearly hard to be grateful and have a bad mood at the same time. I've already talked about appreciation a lot, but don't miss this one.

Burn incense

Adopt a fish (or nine)
Buying some fish could be all it takes to change your luck. These aquatic pets are said to bring good fortune, and a well-placed aquarium is an important part of feng shui.
Fish are supposed to absorb negative energy and can also represent health, happiness, abundance, success, and wealth in the home.
The dragon fish is regarded as the wealth fish in feng shui (though, ironically, they can be pretty pricey). Fortunately, the goldfish is also associated with good luck and positive energy.
The number of fish is also significant: eight or nine is said to be the lucky number.
Bring in bamboo
One of the most effective feng shui medicines for luck is the bamboo plant.
You can't go wrong with this adaptable plant: it's not only a stylish addition to your house, but it's also said to improve your mood and offer you serenity and prosperity.
Rearrange the furniture
Feng shui says that your sofa should be against a wall and that you avoid blocking any entrances with your furniture in order for well-balanced energy to flow through your home.
It's also crucial that your rooms are clutter-free and that they have enough of natural light and ventilation.
Finally, placing a lamp directly opposite the door in the corner of the room is said to activate “wealth energy.” Why don't you give it a shot?
A horseshoe is traditionally hung above the door to offer good luck to all who enter. It's up to you how you position it.
Some people believe that pointing your shoe skyward assures that your good fortune never runs out. Others believe that viewing it downwards attracts good fortune to those who go beneath it.
Whatever your opinion, a horseshoe is a charming way to dress up a plain front door.
Burn sage
White sage has been used for ages to ward off negative energy and keep unwelcome intruders out of your home. It's also supposed to have medicinal properties, and it could help calm nerves or purify the air after a fight, according to some.
Scientists have recognized the benefits of sage, finding that burning it can lower the number of microorganisms in the air by 94%.
To use, light a sage plant and allow the smoke to pervade the entire home. Say a mantra or speak your wishes and dreams out loud if you feel like it.
Fill your fruit bowl
In feng shui, different fruits are connected with different connotations; for example, apples are associated with peace, while peaches are associated with immortality.
Pomegranates are said to enhance fertility while nine oranges in a room are said to ward against ill luck.
Scatter acorns
Acorns were considered sacred by ancient druids, and they would often carry a couple with them for good luck.
This is still a good practice, and scattering acorns around the house is said to improve your luck.
Fill tiny containers with these nuts to keep things organized, or use them to make DIY wreaths or table decorations.
Crystals, which are known for their therapeutic properties, can elevate the vibrations in your home and fill it with positive energy.
To feel more creative and motivated, keep Carnelian and Apatite in your kitchen (preferably near your cookbooks). In the office, azurite and pyrite promote prosperity and focus.
Keep Rose Quartz beside your skin products in the bathroom; it's said to offer positive energy and promote self-love and self-care.
Selenite and Amethyst are said to help you relax and unwind, so they're great for the bedroom.
Hang a dream catcher
The dream catcher, which originated in Native American civilizations, is used to trap nightmares and evil spirits, making the owner happier and more balanced.
These appealing products usually have a web-like shape and are embellished with beads and feathers, making them a visual as well as a mood enhancer.
These ornamental lights are made of pink Himalayan salt and have a long list of health advantages.
