While there isn't much study to describe the benefits and cons of vibrational energy therapy, many of the procedures involved with it have been well examined.

Traditional Songs High Vibe Music

Different songs may increase your frequency when it comes to traditional tunes. As a result, this is a very intimate group.

The crucial thing to consider here is whether or not a music uplifts you and makes you feel joyful when you listen to it. Perhaps something a little lighter? Is it able to assist you re-create the feeling you receive when you undertake other high-vibe activities, such as practicing gratitude or meditating?

Though there are many songs that make me feel great, the songs in the following category are the ones that help me the most when it comes to elevating my mood, and they're what come to mind when I think “high vibrational music.”

Spiritually-Inspired High Vibe Music

In this area, I'm referring to music that is associated with spiritual activities and events. Consider a yoga or meditation class.

And, while some may not consider it “music,” I also enjoy using sound baths to improve my mood.

What do spiritual vibrations feel like?

A frequency is assigned to each vibration. When it comes to spiritual vibrations, it's believed that they range from low to high on a scale:

  • Negativity generates lower frequency vibrations. Low-frequency vibrations are produced whenever you experience worry, wrath, fear, envy, or hatred. You're being dragged down by these low, heavy vibrations.
  • Positive energy produces higher frequency vibrations. You produce high-frequency vibrations whenever you experience love, sympathy, confidence, gratitude, awe, or kinship. You will feel more energetic and cheery as a result of these lively, bouncing vibrations.

Higher frequencies are, in some ways, more potent than lower frequencies, according to spiritual vibration theory.

This means that if you increase your vibration, you can replace lower-frequency vibrations with higher-frequency vibrations. This isn't going to be simple, but it should be a little easier than you think!

What does raising your vibration feel like?

Everything is made up of vibrations. We're all made out of energy. When our vibration rises, we feel lighter, more positive, and happier; but, when it falls, we feel down, depressed, afraid, and insecure.

After all, we are all human and experience a wide range of emotions on a regular basis. It's quite acceptable to feel sad, furious, depressed, joyful, and so on. However, as our vibration rises, these emotions move through us more freely rather than becoming lodged within us, as they often do.

How do you get a high vibe?

There are other publications that discuss vibration science, but this piece is about sensation. How you feel is the simplest way to determine your vibe. And how things make you feel will tell you if they're decreasing or increasing your frequency. Use your intuition to easily enhance your vibration.

#1 Go Outside / Be in Nature

Being in nature has a naturally uplifting effect. Simply taking a walk in the park or going on a climb will increase your frequency. When I looked into this quick way to de-stress, I discovered that simply glancing at a tree can help you relax — even if you're in your office!

#2 Move Body / Exercise

Your energy is physically shifted as you move your body. While I understand that not everyone enjoys working out, dancing, exercising, or even going for a stroll can all make you feel better. After a wonderful Zumba class, I always have the biggest grin on my face. What makes you joyful when you're moving?

#3 Eat Clean

Each food has its own set of vibrations. Clean, whole foods have a high vibration by nature. Consider how you feel after eating fast food versus a smoothie from a health food store. I'm not sure about you, but fast food makes me feel heavy, but healthy food makes me feel light and energized.

#4 Hydrate

Hydration aids in the enjoyment of high-vibe energy. You may feel lethargic and unmotivated if you're dehydrated. And when you've had your fill of water, you're usually ready to move! Hydration is a potent source of energy.

#5 Play / Do Something for Joy

As children, we naturally play and are always joyful. But then we have to start being adults, and it's as if we forget how to play and just do things for the sake of doing them. What's more, guess what? Adults should also have fun and play! Set aside time for it.

#6 QT with Animals

Few individuals can gaze at a dog without being giddy with delight. Animals are unique, and spending quality time with them may undoubtedly improve our moods and outlook.

#7 Clean

When our environments get congested and filthy, it can clog both our houses' and our own energies. Make some time to be organized and clean if you feel like the energy in your home is trapped or stagnant.

#8Clear Energy

Following up on #7, you can undertake an energy cleansing using sage to purify the energy of your home (preferably after you've physically cleaned it). Palo santo can remove energy, however according to my research, it is better for bringing in positive energy, whilst sage is better for clearing negative energy.

#10 Crystals

Crystals have a really positive energy. My favorite thing to do with them is to boost the energy in my house. Each crystal has its own vibration-raising properties, and you can learn more about them by reading crystal books. Clear quartz and selenite are two of my favorite crystals for bringing positive energy into my home.

#11 Listen to High Vibe Content

When I'm feeling sad, one of the things that instantly raises my spirits is listening to upbeat audiobooks or podcasts. Rhonda Byrne's The Power is my top pick (author of The Secret).

#12 Be Kind / Acts of Kindness

Have you ever done something good for someone else and felt better as a result of that act of service and giving? Yup. Being kind and performing acts of kindness are both extremely high-vibrational activities that can significantly enhance your vibration.

#13 Gratitude

Gratitude is, in my opinion, the most effective method to improve your mood. It's nearly hard to be grateful and have a bad mood at the same time. I've already talked about appreciation a lot, but don't miss this one.

What has the highest vibration?

Eat a lot of high vibration energy and nutrient-dense foods like organic nuts, fruit, veggies, and fresh herbs for optimal health. Foods that are extensively processed, microwaved, chemically altered, genetically altered (GMO), include chemical additives, or have been mistreated by a person should be kept to a minimum. They don't add much in the way of excellent vibrational energy and nutrition to your body. Thank and praise the ingredients when we consume meat or seafood because they have given their lives for our enjoyment.

What are the highest vibrational foods?

Your energetic vibration will be severely diminished if you eat nutrient-poor, imbalanced, processed food.

You'll be exhausted, possibly unhappy, and disheartened. Even if they don't realize it, the individuals you interact with will sense your low energetic frequency. You will struggle to attract the things you want in your life, and a dense density will form around you over time.

It's like a supercharge for your energetic frequency if you chose nutrient-dense, balanced, fresh, attractive, colorful, lively foods.

People around you notice your radiance because you feel alive, aware, and in sync with the cosmos. You'll notice that you can quickly and readily attract the things you want, and the density will dissipate.

1. Leafy Green Vegetables

These guys are brimming with high frequency energy – you're actually consuming the sun's energy. Lettuces, kale, arugula, collard greens, chard, and so on. Get as much as you can, in as many different variations as possible.

2. Berries in Season

Fresh fruits in general are wonderful and will raise your vibration, but berries are at the top of my list for several reasons. They're low in sugar, which is wonderful for folks who struggle with blood sugar imbalances, which is practically everyone. They're also abundant in antioxidants, which aid in immune system support and inflammation reduction.

3. Brussel sprouts

Almost any seed, bean, or grain can be sprouted. It's simple to accomplish and can even be done on your kitchen counter! Sprouts are abundant in protein (up to 35% of a sprout is protein) and enzymes, which assist your body in doing all of the incredible things it does.

Sprouting also improves the health of beans, seeds, and grains by neutralizing the phytic acid in these foods. Phytic acid is a substance that binds to nutrients and prevents your body from absorbing them.

4. Herbs from the garden

Fresh herbs not only enhance the flavor of our food and increase our happiness and energetic vibration while we eat, but many of them also have tremendous therapeutic capabilities. Cilantro, for example, is a powerful detoxifier, and rosemary is high in antioxidants. Experiment with different types and incorporate them into your meals whenever possible.

5. Herbs and spices

Spices have been used as a delightful way to boost the energetic vibration of food for thousands of years. Turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, and cayenne pepper all have tremendous medicinal effects that aid digestion, blood sugar control, and even arthritis!

Beans and legumes are number six on the list.

Because they're nutritious powerhouses, beans and legumes have a high vibration. They're packed with protein, carbs, and fiber, as well as B vitamins and iron.

Nuts and Seeds

Raw, unsalted nuts and seeds also enter the list of high vibration foods because they include good fats like omega 3s that your body (and especially your brain) requires to function properly. Raw nuts and seeds are a terrific, healthy mid-day snack that I frequently offer to my customers.

8. Algae (blue-green)

Yes, I'm recommending that you eat algae. Don't be scared. Spirulina and chlorella, for example, are among the most nutrient-dense foods on the world, making them exceptionally high vibration meals. You may buy them dried at your health food store and add them to smoothies, or you can buy them in tablet form and take them as instructed on the label if you can't stand the flavor.

Fermented foods (nine)

Every day, we learn more and more about how important gut health is to our overall health. Your gut (digestive system) is home to a thriving bacterial environment. Some are “good” and assist your body stay healthy, while others are “bad” and can lead to a variety of health problems, including allergies, eczema, joint pain, fibromyalgia, depression, and even cancer, if allowed to overgrow. Sauerkraut, kimchi, and kombucha are naturally fermented foods that are high in the “good” bacteria you want and can help to balance out that fragile ecosystem.

ten. teas

Tea is one of my favorite foods, and I believe it has a high vibration because of its many natural healing and health-promoting characteristics. Green and white teas are high in anti-oxidants, which can help your immune system and reduce inflammation. Herbal teas such as chamomile, valerian, and passionflower are relaxing and can aid in better sleep.

Because that's what people told me they wanted – quick meal plans and healthy recipes – I used to spend hours working on meal plans for clients and sharing recipes on my blog. But, after working with clients all over the world and seeing them struggle despite having pages of healthy meal plans and recipes, I came to a realization:

The difficult part is dealing with the emotional and mental baggage that gets in the way and establishes unhealthy eating patterns and habits.

It's when you eat because you're stressed, bored, sleepy, anxious, or just want sweets or salt.

You can't simply change your diet without also changing yourself. You must nourish both your body and your soul to be truly happy and healthy.

What happens when we raise your vibration?

We all have a specific frequency that we vibrate at. The lower your frequency, the denser your energy becomes, and the more serious your problems appear to be. You may feel pain and discomfort in your physical body, as well as strong emotions and mental disorientation in this state. Your energy is darker psychically. To achieve your objectives, you must put up a significant amount of work. Your life takes on a sour tone in general.

The lighter you feel in your physical, emotional, and mental bodies, the higher the frequency of your energy or vibration. You feel more in control of your life, have more clarity, peace, love, and joy. You have little, if any, bodily discomfort or agony, and your emotions are easily managed. Your aura is practically brimming with light! Your life is synchronized, and you effortlessly manifest your desires. Your life takes on a more upbeat tone overall.
