Make your request plainly and without embarrassment. Don't be scared to experiment “little, personal requests with “big” asks Just make sure you're connected at all times. After you've finished your request, say “Thank you very much.”

Let Go

Allow yourself a few moments to let go of the words, to let go of the desire. Allow oneself to simply be present in the current feeling state, whatever it may be. This is the point at which you open yourself up to intimacy with presence, essence, and spirit—the point at which your sense of being separate and detached from the universe, as well as your desire to connect with it, might dissolve.
