Be wary of whom you befriend because a person's religion is based on that of a close friend. (At-Tirmidhi)
Our personal faith and spirituality can grow if we have good companions who are close to Allah. So, if we feel our spirituality is waning, we should get together with our religious friends. We will notice that their company has a favorable effect on us.
Seek the Gatherings of Knowledge
Aside from having excellent and pious friends, seeking the company of the pious and erudite scholars of Islam is tremendously important for the improvement of our spiritually.
We should take advantage of every opportunity to listen to our pious, sincere scholars. Listening to their words of wisdom and understanding has the power to change our hearts and bring us closer to Allah.
We shall not only acquire new knowledge and advice when we sit in their gatherings, but we will also be included in their supplications.
The light of knowledge meetings will also reach our hearts. Our spirits will be restored, and our spirituality and love for Islam, Allah, and His final Prophet will grow.
If at all feasible, we should make an extra effort to assist Islamic academics, since this can bring more blessings into our lives. We could, for example, cook for them or give transportation. Above all, we should perform dua for them, requesting that Allah accept their efforts to impart divine knowledge. We should also pray Allah to accept our efforts to learn new things and to enhance our knowledge.
There are caravans of angels whose job it is to accompany the gatherings of memory, those gatherings where Allah is remembered, according to a lovely Hadith.
These angels then take a seat in the crowd and spread their wings until the space between them and the heavens is filled. After that, they will return to the heavens and report to Allah, who would forgive the people at that meeting, grant them what they have requested, and protect them.
How do I connect with Allah spiritually?
- Allah's remembrance brings peace of mind, reduced worry, and the ability to deal with daily difficulties without breaking down.
- Islam is not a series of laws and regulations designed to make life difficult for people. Instead, Allah has provided us with a how-to manual, a road plan that ties your heart to The Creator through repeated thoughts about Him.
Follow the sunnah of Allah's Messenger if you want to feel linked to Allah. Keep in mind that Allah is keeping an eye on you and safeguarding you.
The Basmallah, or Bismillahir Rahman Ar-Raheem, was Allah's first word in the Quran.
It's the first thing we read when we open the Quran, and we repeat it when we eat, get dressed, enter the house, and, of course, when we make wudu.
The Messenger's Sunnah (peace and blessings be upon him) teaches us that we should say it at all times. And there's a reason behind that…
It links all of your actions to Allah's remembrance. We think about Allah when we say this, and we are cautious about what we say, eat, and do. It virtually connects every Muslim's deed to Allah, making Allah's remembering much easier.
As a result, you do not need to go out of your way to connect with Allah. You can go about your regular life and connect with Allah in a truly meaningful way by chanting Bismillah and remembering Allah as you go about your day.
You might wonder what it means. It will guide you toward good activities that Allah approves of, as well as keep you away from harmful actions that Allah disapproves of.
Let's face it, you're not going to say Bismillah and then commit a Haram act (Prohibited in Islam). This is Allah's remembering on a practical level, one that will truly assist you in molding your ideas, character, and behavior in the direction of what Allah approves of.

What are Allah's powers?
Allah's characteristics Despite Allah's various attributes, the Qur'an reveals that he is the creator of the cosmos, including the heavens and earth, and that he has the power to resurrect the dead. Allah is the one who both creates and sustains life.
How can I increase my soul power?
Every ounce of squandered energy depletes your inner power. Why waste time and effort doing things inefficiently and redundantly? Control what you can so you may concentrate your energies and mental energy on the things you can't. Take a notepad with you. Divide your everyday duties into two categories: repetitive and thinking. Then, for the repetitious jobs, build processes and routines. You'll be ecstatic with the extra time and mental space you've gained.
How do you keep Allah in your heart?
“…My slave approaches Me with nothing more precious to Me than what I have made necessary upon him…” Allah loves it when we prioritize the deeds that He requires of us.
“Which deed is dearest to Allah?” the Prophet was asked. “To offer the prayers at their early indicated regular times,” it was said (Sahih Bukhari).

Allah's word to humanity is the Quran. It was provided to help us find our way and heal our hearts. “Indeed, We have sent it down as an Arabic Quran, in order that you may understand,” it was delivered to be pondered (Quran 12:2).
Recite the “dearest phrases to Allah.
“The dearest sentences to Allah are four,” the Messenger of Allah (saws) stated. Allahu Akbar, Subhan Allah, Al-Hamdulillah, La ilaha illa-Allah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allah (Allah is Greater). It makes no difference which one you start with (while remembering Allah). (Muslim Sahih)
Call on Allah by His Beautiful Names
“And Allah owns the Most Beautiful Names, therefore invoke Him by them” (Quran 7:180). For example, you could say, Ya Rahman (The Most Compassionate), have compassion on me; Ya Ghaffar (The Forgiving), forgive me, and so on.
Seek Allah's forgiveness by saying “Astaghfirullah (I seek Allah's forgiveness)
“Sometimes I sense a veil over my heart, and I supplicate Allah for pardon a hundred times in a day,” the Prophet Muhammad ( ) taught that asking Allah's forgiveness cleanses the heart.
“A dark mark appears on the believer's heart when he commits a sin.” His heart will be polished if he repents and abandons the sin and seeks forgiveness, but if he continues to sin, the blackness will grow. That is the covering mentioned by Allah in his Book: “Nay, but a covering is over their minds because of what they have earned.”
Make dua (supplication) to Allah for all of your needs.
Then He( )recited (verse 40:60), “And Your Lord said: “Call upon me, and I will respond to you.”
“When one of you prays, let him begin by praising Allah, then send blessings on the Prophet, and then ask whatever he wants after that.” After that, another guy prayed, praising Allah and sending blessings onto the Prophet. “Ask, O worshipper, and you will be answered,” the Prophet stated.
Send Salawat (peace and blessings) upon the Prophet( )
“Allah and His angels bestow blessings on the Prophet: “O you who believe!” say Allah and His angels. Sending you my best wishes for him, and saluting him with all due respect” (Quran 33:56).
“Allahumma Salli Ala Sayyidinaa Muhammad” or “Allahumma Salli Ala Nabiyunna Muhammad” (Oh Allah, please bless our master/ prophet Muhammad) is a simple approach to gain benefits, elevate your spiritual station, and grow closer to your Lord. This act of worship does not necessitate the use of Wudu.
“Says the Prophet,” he stated “Whoever bestows benefits on me once would receive tenfold blessings from Allah, erasing ten sins and elevating him ten degrees in rank.”
Think Positive Thoughts About Allah
Keep in mind His Mercy, Assistance, Wisdom, Love, and Goodness. Remember Hadith Qudsi's words: “I am to my servant as he expects of Me.” When he recalls Me, I am with him. If he remembers Me in his heart, I remember him to myself, and if he remembers me in an assembly, I mention him in an assembly better than his, and if he draws nearer to Me by a hand's span, I draw nearer to him by an arm's length, and if he draws nearer to Me by an arm's length, I draw nearer to him by a fathom's length, and if he comes to me walking, I rush
Express gratitude to Allah for His blessings upon you.
Every night, make a list of three things for which you are grateful to Allah. You can also recall the highlight of your day. Counting your blessings is as simple as focussing your mind on what went good in your day.
Remembering Allah is linked to being grateful to Him: “Keep in mind who I am, and I will keep in mind who you are. “Be grateful to Me and do not refuse Me.” (2:152 in the Quran)
A grateful heart, according to Allah, is purified: “Allah does not desire to put you through suffering. Rather, He desires to purify you, to fulfill His benefits upon you, and to allow you to be grateful.” 5:6 (Quran)
How is Allah beneficent?
Allah is: Transcendent – Allah is above and beyond everything that exists in the world, according to Muslims. Allah is all-loving and beneficent. Allah is merciful and compassionate, and he forgives people.
Is Allah a male?
Islam teaches that God (Allah) is beyond all comparisons, and as a result, God is unaffected by gender. Only gendered pronouns (“he” and “she”) are available in Arabic; there are no gender neutral pronouns (“it”), hence “he” is commonly used when the subject's gender is unknown. Despite the fact that Allah has no gender, he is commonly referred to as “he.”
