How To Exercise Spiritual Dominion

In Christ, you have the right to walk in dominion. It doesn't have to be difficult. All you need to know is who you are in Christ, what authority you have, and what it will take to get it done. To exert dominion over the planet, God created man in His image and likeness. You are royalty; you are a king. We are kings and reign on earth, the Bible says in Revelation 1:6 and 5:10. We are a royal priesthood, according to 1 Peter 2:9, which implies we are both priests and royalty. God be praised!

Deeds are used by kings to rule. There is authority and power where a king's word is spoken. You were born into royalty and became royalty when you were reborn. You will rule alongside Christ Jesus, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Hallelujah! You are not to fall to the level of the world's beggars. Principalities and powers must be subdued by you. You will rule over Satan and his minions. That is your fate. The words of Jesus to the new creation man in Christ are recorded in the Bible. It states that these signs will come to those who believe, and that you are one of them! Amen! You are the believer that Jesus is referring to. If you've been born again, you'll recognize yourself there! God be praised.

It's worth noting that the Lord Jesus declares that dominion is exercised in His name. Why? For us, he was victorious. We are the beneficiaries of His victory at Calvary in the work of redemption that He accomplished for us. As His representative, you are to exert authority in His name. Under God, the right to exert power is entirely yours; it has been bestowed upon you by grace. You don't expect JESUS to exert authority on your behalf, do you? It's in His name that you do it. God be praised! In the name of Jesus, you occupy and command. In His Name, take control of the evil spirit that is bothering your loved ones. In the name of Jesus, release the power of God in your favor for cash flow. Take control of the blindfolded devil who is preventing your loved ones from being reborn. In Jesus' name, go forth and exert dominion.

How do we exercise dominion?

When my printer finally completed the computer command I had planned for it to perform, I was overjoyed. I hadn't been able to get it to reliably produce envelopes.

I had finally turned to God, something I should have done from the start. As a long-time Christian Science student, I understood that God is Mind, divine intelligence, Principle, to whom nothing is concealed or distant. I saw an unclear direction in the handbook almost immediately after I began praying for God's help, and I finally realized what the computer was responding to and what I needed to do to change its action.

God grants everyone of us—as man, the image of His being—dominion over all the globe, according to the Bible. That dominion is always present, even if we only notice impediments from time to time. Those obstacles, on the other hand, are suggestions of the mortal mind, not facts of our being. Understanding this paves the door for us to overcome them and exercise our God-given authority.

“Entirely separate from the belief and dream of material living is the Life divine, revealing spiritual understanding and the consciousness of man's dominion over the whole earth,” writes Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, in her book Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures (p. 14). Accepting the fact of this “Divine Life,” leads to the blissful liberation of “dominion over the entire globe,” which includes computers, illness, poverty, and homelessness—all physically based rules and ideas.

Most of us learn simple skills fast, such as tying shoelaces or riding bicycles, and therefore gain control over loose footwear or rolling wheels. However, we occasionally hesitate to exercise our God-given control over tasks we perceive to be more difficult, either due to a lack of interest or a fear of failing to learn a new talent. We may demonstrate ongoing dominion by doing each task, no matter how basic or complex it is.

God created man and then gave him authority, according to the Bible. “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion,” says Genesis. (1:26). That doesn't imply God handed man authority over God, but it does mean that, as God's image and likeness, we reflect His authority in all of our earthly experiences.

How do you train your spiritual life?

Spiritual education is no exception. It also need a deliberate plan to study the fundamentals, mature as a person, gather experience in tiny areas, and create habits and routines in order to be prepared when the major storm strikes. The seven crucial steps to include in your spiritual training plan are listed below.

Find a mentor who models spiritual maturity

Inquire if they'll serve as a mentor to you, inquire about their religion and how it grew to such depths, and look to them for direction and support as you attempt to deepen your own. Examine how they (and others) react under duress or when life throws them a curveball.

Get involved in a church

Surround yourself with a faith community (ideally in person, but an online support system is also beneficial). Worship and study together, gaining knowledge from one another.

Study and learn the language of the Bible

Take a look at the Bible. To go further and learn with others, join a Bible study group. To widen your experience and knowledge, learn various approaches for studying the Bible. Allow God's Word to settle deep into your heart as you meditate on scripture.

Learn to pray

Learn the fundamentals of prayer, both on your own and as part of a group worship experience. Examine how others pray and figure out which tactics and techniques work best for you. Use scripture to help you develop your prayer language (particularly the Psalms). Practise praying both alone and in groups.

Develop a relationship with God through prayer

Make prayer a regular habit, not only to ask God for things, but to build a relationship with Him. Tell us about your life, your worries, and your dreams. Inquire about his advice and instruction. Pay attention to his response. Learn to recognize and distinguish his voice above all others.

Practice putting your trust in God in the small challenges and decisions, observing his faithfulness

Make it a practice to pray first and listen for God's advice, even if the problem or decision doesn't appear to be serious enough to require his help. Learn to recognize his voice in minor storms so you can hear him clearly in major ones. Make prayer and scripture your go-to habits in all you do.
