You've probably heard that anything you put out into the world will come back to you, thanks to the Law of Attraction. What attracts like attracts like. This universal rule states that you are in charge of your life and may affect change by how you direct your thoughts and emotions.
Molecules vibrating at different speeds make up everything in the cosmos. Trees, bodies, rocks, animals, thoughts, and emotions are all examples of this. Everything in the human body vibrates, from physical substance to the way you communicate and the thoughts you have. To put it another way, certain molecules vibrate quicker than others; there are higher and lower vibrations.
Lower vibrations make you feel heavy, dark, and confused, but higher vibrations make you feel lighter, happier, and more at peace. Almost all spiritual traditions refer to greater levels of consciousness, and scientific investigations (such as those conducted by consciousness researcher and spirituality author Dr. David Hawkins) have quantified the vibrations of various states of being to develop a consciousness scale.

One of the quickest methods to raise your energy is to express gratitude. Stop reading right now and take a peek around the room. Turn your focus on what you are grateful for right now (there is always something). It could be your purring cat, the lovely weather, or the fact that you have another day on this planet. “You can't feel fear or rage and thankfulness at the same moment,” life coach Tony Robbins stated. As a result, if you find yourself experiencing a low-energy mood, try shifting your focus to appreciation. Make gratitude a habit, and you'll notice a shift in your perspective as you gain spiritual awareness and appreciation for the small things.
Bring to remember someone who is simple to love and cherish them in your heart. Consider how you would feel if he or she were seated in front of you. A sense of expansion, lightness, and enjoyment will overtake your existence, and that is the transformation you are seeking. Love is one of the highest vibrating states of being (the fourth highest level on Hawkins' scale of awareness) and has the ability to lift you out of the deepest of ditches. Your vitality will soar if you tune your heart to love.
It lowers your energy and makes you feel unpleasant when you are stingy or greedy with anything (love, attention, money). In fact, when you hang your happiness on someone other than yourself, you end up experiencing the polar opposite of how you want to feel. Generosity is the antidote. Offer whatever it is you want more of in your life to someone or something else. Are you down on your luck? Donate a small amount of money to charity. Are you lonely? Make an attempt to make someone you don't know smile. Have you run out of time? Donate your time to a worthwhile cause.
4. Breathwork and meditation
The research of Dr. Hawkins was founded on the premise that the more “true” something is, the higher its degree of consciousness (or vibration). As a result, you will resonate more harmoniously with the truth if you train yourself to be present with the moment you are in. The past and future exist only in your head; the only true reality is the present. Meditating and breathing consciously soothes your nervous system, enhances your mood, and increases emotions of peaceall of which are high-vibe attributes that will benefit your overall well-being. This spiritual practice aids in quickly raising your vibration level so that you can reap the advantages right now.
5. The ability to forgive
Blame has a low energy on Abraham-Hicks' emotional guidance scale. Blame is ranked 15th out of 22 emotions (in order of highest vibration to lowest vibration). If you can strive toward forgiveness, you'll be able to let go of the lower energy that can weigh you down like a bowling ball, and you'll be able to move up the scale.
Under any circumstance, one should forgive. It has been claimed that man's forgiving nature is responsible for the species' survival. Forgiveness is holiness; forgiveness holds the universe together. The might of the great is forgiveness. Forgiving is a form of self-sacrifice; forgiveness is mental peace. The attributes of the self-possessed are forgiveness and tenderness. They are symbols of eternal goodness.
6. Consume high-vibrational foods
Prana, or life force energy, is present in everything you consume. You will lower your vibration if you consume a lot of “dead” energy (meat, fried, or processed foods). Your body literally absorbs nutrient-dense, prana-rich meals like local and organic fruits and vegetables, making you feel lighter, more vibrant, and alive. Food with a high vibration raises a person's vibration.
7. Detoxify Your Body by Reducing or Eliminating Alcohol and Toxins
While it may make you feel wonderful for a short time, alcohol is a depressive that decreases your vibration. Eliminating toxins from your body is an excellent place to start if you want to be clear, spiritually connected, and have a healthy attitude on life. Adopt a more healthy and holistic way of life instead of numbing out and see if you don't feel more energetically affluent.
8. Focus on the positive aspects of your life.
You become what you think about, and each idea you have shapes your future. If your thoughts are pessimistic, anxious, or negative in any manner, you'll probably find what you're looking for. Impatience, jealousy, and unworthiness all invite more of the same into your life, just as thankfulness does. You may feel heavy and burdened as a result of this bad energy. It just takes 17 seconds for a thought to attract another one like it and trigger the Law of Attraction, so be careful what thoughts you pay attention to. Negative energy should be pushed away, and positive thoughts should be chosen instead, as they are the path to positive change.
9. Listen to high-octane music, watch high-octane television, read high-octane books, and see high-octane
Prana encompasses everything you consume, not just the food you eat. Make sure your entertainment is high-vibrational and leaves you feeling energized rather than exhausted. Do you feel energised or insecure when you use social media? Is that violent action movie genuinely making you feel better or making you feel worse? Do you listen to music with violent or low-vibration lyrics? What impact might switching your daily commute's music from death metal to mantras have on the course of your day? You'll find newfound vitality in your day if you're as careful about your media consumption as you are about the quality of the food you eat.
10. Surround yourself with things that are beautiful.
While you're at it, make sure your home and workplace environs reflect your sense of beauty, passion, and joy in life. The appropriate lighting may make a big difference in your productivity and attitude. Hang art that makes you feel good. Use hues that will help you relax and refresh. Reduce the amount of clutter in your home and make more room for clarity. Your environment has a significant impact on how you feel on the inside and how you live your life.
11. Take a Walk in the Park
Get some workout in the great outdoors for a double-whammy boost to your vibration. Allow the sun to shine on your face while you work up a sweat. Reconnect with Mother Nature by taking a break from the incessant buzz of energy and electronics. Even a few minutes spent outside thoughtfully can drastically change your mood, which is why taking a walk around the block when you're experiencing a mental block or a lover's quarrel can be so good.
12. Ensure that your relationships are thriving.
Finally, surround yourself with individuals who will help you rather than hinder you. Spend your time only with individuals who make you feel good about yourself, who believe in you, and who share your desire to resonate at a high frequency.
It's easy to fall to a sense of powerlessness when it comes to the planet's and all of its inhabitants' futures. Traditional Songs High Vibe Music
Different songs may increase your frequency when it comes to traditional tunes. As a result, this is a very intimate group.
The crucial thing to consider here is whether or not a music uplifts you and makes you feel joyful when you listen to it. Perhaps something a little lighter? Is it able to assist you re-create the feeling you receive when you undertake other high-vibe activities, such as practicing gratitude or meditating?
Though there are many songs that make me feel great, the songs in the following category are the ones that help me the most when it comes to elevating my mood, and they're what come to mind when I think “high vibrational music.”
Spiritually-Inspired High Vibe Music
In this area, I'm referring to music that is associated with spiritual activities and events. Consider a yoga or meditation class.
And, while some may not consider it “music,” I also enjoy using sound baths to improve my mood.
How do I increase my vibration to manifest?
Create affirmations or mantras to repeat to yourself that promote your desired outcome now that you know what you want. This will train your thinking to look for possibilities that will provide you with the experience you desire. Also, because what we focus on expands, the more positive our ideas are, the more positive events we will attract. If we're talking about attracting a new relationship, affirmations like “I am worthy of receiving love,” “I am ready for my new partner to come,” or “I radiate love and attract love every day” can be useful. As a reminder, write these affirmations in your journal every day or stick them on post-it notes about your house.
Can listening to music raise your vibration?
Music is one of the most underappreciated ways to instantly increase your frequency. Because music is essentially vibrations, sound has a significant effect on humans, and listening to certain vibrations can help you raise your vibe.
Music has been proven to influence your mood and even work as a sort of therapy, not just to assist increase your mood but also to relieve anxiety and tension, according to studies.
The best part is that music is always available to you. So, the next time you're down, turn on your favorite playlist and enjoy the advantages of sound healing through music in a matter of seconds.
I often preach about using movement as a method to raise your vibration because I believe it is vitally necessary for releasing low vibration emotions. How do you expect higher vibes to flow in if you don't let go of the lower vibe emotions?
It's similar like purchasing a new couch: the old one must be moved to make way for the new.
You can use movement to move energy that has been stagnant or imprisoned in your body. It enables you to let go of anxieties, anxiety, stress, and other negative emotions. And I'm sure I don't need to cite a study to show that exercise can improve your mood; it's just common knowledge these days.
However, a full workout isn't required to boost your vitality. While I love yoga, I also believe that ordinary activity, such as walking, is beneficial. Have a dance party if you need something even faster!
Close your eyes, switch on some music (you're now using two tools!) and simply let your body move to the music in whatever way it wants. That is true magic, and I guarantee you will feel much better in a matter of seconds.
Appreciation & gratitude
Gratitude and appreciation have the same frequency, therefore practicing one or the other can significantly improve your mood. It could be as simple as saying thank you or sending a text to a buddy to express your gratitude.
Gratitude and showing appreciation require very little effort, but because it is not a habit, people find it difficult to do so on a regular basis. However, if you're committed to raising your vibrational frequency, you can do so quickly and effortlessly at any time of the day to reap the benefits right away.
I love this video that shows how sending a letter of appreciation to someone makes you happier, and then taking it a step further and phoning the person you wrote the letter to and reading it to them makes both of you happier.
Smiling and laughing
This is the simplest instrument for changing your vibration, and all it takes is for you to remember to do it, which is to grin! It doesn't matter whether you're cranky, depressed, or gloomy AF; just smiling for a second can fool your brain into thinking you're happier.
Just like frowning might make you feel sadder, scowling can make you feel more serious.
Also, when you laugh, you produce feel-good chemicals and experience an increase in happiness!

Change your surroundings
People often make excuses for not using this tool, arguing that they can't change their environment, but I invite you to consider whether you're overcomplicating it.
You don't have to change your surroundings indefinitely; it could simply be for a few minutes to get you out of your current situation.
If you're at work, a quick walk to the bathroom or up and down the hallway a few times will help you feel better.
I work from home, and I go insane if I work from home every day or in the same room. I frequently go to a coffee shop to work in order to mix things up, be inspired by different settings, and keep my spirits up so I don't get bored working in the same area all the time.
Connecting to nature is the best approach to shift your vibration with your environment. Get outside if you can, breathe in the fresh air, hug a tree if you feel so inclined, stroke the bark with your fingertips, or take off your shoes and feel the grass blades on your skin.
Nature has also been shown to improve your mood by assisting you in becoming more nicer, happier, and creative.

How do you get a high vibe?
There are other publications that discuss vibration science, but this piece is about sensation. How you feel is the simplest way to determine your vibe. And how things make you feel will tell you if they're decreasing or increasing your frequency. Use your intuition to easily enhance your vibration.
#1 Go Outside / Be in Nature
Being in nature has a naturally uplifting effect. Simply taking a walk in the park or going on a climb will increase your frequency. When I looked into this quick way to de-stress, I discovered that simply glancing at a tree can help you relax even if you're in your office!
#2 Move Body / Exercise
Your energy is physically shifted as you move your body. While I understand that not everyone enjoys working out, dancing, exercising, or even going for a stroll can all make you feel better. After a wonderful Zumba class, I always have the biggest grin on my face. What makes you joyful when you're moving?
#3 Eat Clean
Each food has its own set of vibrations. Clean, whole foods have a high vibration by nature. Consider how you feel after eating fast food versus a smoothie from a health food store. I'm not sure about you, but fast food makes me feel heavy, but healthy food makes me feel light and energized.
Hydration aids in the enjoyment of high-vibe energy. You may feel lethargic and unmotivated if you're dehydrated. And when you've had your fill of water, you're usually ready to move! Hydration is a potent source of energy.
#5 Play / Do Something for Joy
As children, we naturally play and are always joyful. But then we have to start being adults, and it's as if we forget how to play and just do things for the sake of doing them. What's more, guess what? Adults should also have fun and play! Set aside time for it.
#6 QT with Animals
Few individuals can gaze at a dog without being giddy with delight. Animals are unique, and spending quality time with them may undoubtedly improve our moods and outlook.
When our environments get congested and filthy, it can clog both our houses' and our own energies. Make some time to be organized and clean if you feel like the energy in your home is trapped or stagnant.
Following up on #7, you can undertake an energy cleansing using sage to purify the energy of your home (preferably after you've physically cleaned it). Palo santo can remove energy, however according to my research, it is better for bringing in positive energy, whilst sage is better for clearing negative energy.
Crystals have a really positive energy. My favorite thing to do with them is to boost the energy in my house. Each crystal has its own vibration-raising properties, and you can learn more about them by reading crystal books. Clear quartz and selenite are two of my favorite crystals for bringing positive energy into my home.
#11 Listen to High Vibe Content
When I'm feeling sad, one of the things that instantly raises my spirits is listening to upbeat audiobooks or podcasts. Rhonda Byrne's The Power is my top pick (author of The Secret).
#12 Be Kind / Acts of Kindness
Have you ever done something good for someone else and felt better as a result of that act of service and giving? Yup. Being kind and performing acts of kindness are both extremely high-vibrational activities that can significantly enhance your vibration.
Gratitude is, in my opinion, the most effective method to improve your mood. It's nearly hard to be grateful and have a bad mood at the same time. I've already talked about appreciation a lot, but don't miss this one.

What are my gifts of the spirit?
A spiritual gift, also known as a charism (plural: charisms or charismata; Greek singular: charisma, plural: charismata), is a supernatural ability bestowed by the Holy Spirit. Followers think that these are supernatural graces that individual Christians require (and that were required in the days of the Apostles) in order to fulfill the Church's mission. In the strictest sense, it is a theological word for the special graces bestowed on individual Christians for the benefit of others, as opposed to personal sanctification graces such as the Seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit and the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
The word of knowledge, enhanced faith, healing gifts, miraculous gifts, prophecy, spirit discernment, various kinds of tongues, and tongue interpretation are examples of these skills, which are often referred to as “charismatic gifts.” The gifts of apostles, prophets, teachers, aids (associated with service to the destitute and sick), and governments (or leadership abilities) are also associated with various Church ministries. Individuals are given these gifts by the Holy Spirit, but their mission is to build up the entire Church. They're mentioned in the New Testament, namely in 1 Corinthians 12, Romans 12, and Ephesians 4. Spiritual gifts are also mentioned in 1 Peter 4.

How do you do spiritual things?
I'm a mother and a wife. I'm a carpool driver. I cook, and there's a 50/50 chance that my family will eat what I create. I set a goal of exercising six days a week, but I've only been able to do it three times recently. I'm also starting a meditation teaching business. I enjoy socializing with my friends, but I don't get to do it as much as I used to. But, no matter what, I still manage to make time to be spiritual every day.
This isn't to suggest that I'm more spiritual or unique than you. I just incorporate my faith into everything I do, giving even the most boring chores significance and assisting me in my personal development. I'm always learning new things, working on forgiving myself and others, and trying to be more attentive.
Certain days are unquestionably better than others. Even my worst days might feel like a wonderful gift when I have a firmly entrenched spiritual perspective.

Even if it's only for a minute, try to start each day with meditation. You'll be able to start your day feeling more centered and grounded as a result of this. I started my practice two years ago with eight minutes per day and gradually increased it by a minute or two every few weeks. I now meditate for 20-30 minutes every morning, but consistency is more important than time. It is preferable to meditate for five minutes every day rather than twice a week for 20 minutes. However, it is preferable to meditate twice a week than not at all.
2. Spiritual Consultation
Reading spiritual books has become an important part of my daily meditation routine. Reading novels like Robert Holden's Holy Shift! and Marianne Williamson's A Year of Miracles inspires me every day. These books are constructed with the intention of allowing the reader to read one page per day in order to avoid becoming overwhelmed by commitment. It's incredible how motivated you may feel after reading just one page of truly profound literature.
3. Develop a sense of gratitude
Increasing your thankfulness is a major changer in your life. I am convinced that the more thankfulness you express, the more things you will have to be grateful for from the Universe.
