Step 1: Be more real
Your actual truth is the source of your true power. This exercise helps you become more aware of how it feels to be in alignment with your truth versus how it feels to be out of alignment.
Take a pen and paper and write out the distinctions between how it feels to be in your truth and how it feels to be in your ego. What are some ways you can behave, talk, think, and even breathe differently?
Pay special attention to how you feel differently. Then, whenever you sense yourself drifting away from your truth, repeat the affirmation: Nothing is more powerful than my real truth.
Step 2: Judge no more
Healing the habit of judgment is the second stage towards discovering your secret power.
Your strength is weakened by judgment. This was recently confirmed for me when I caught myself casually trash-talking. I wasn't saying anything particularly nasty or incorrect, but it was still trash-talking. After that, I felt terrible. My energy levels were low, and I was frail.
I determined to change my ways after seeing how my words had diminished my authority. At that point, I began to keep track of how many days I had gone without judgment. It's been seven days, and I'm feeling more energized, connected to people, and strong than ever!
The reason for this is simple: Judgment separates people. “The ego cannot survive without judgment,” states A Course in Miracles. The ego wants to separate and divide. Spirit strives to bring people together and cure them.” Despite the fact that judgment is our default setting, oneness is our truth. Unity is restored the instant we let go of our judgment.
Step 3: Remember your presence is your power
As I prepare for my upcoming book launch, I'm currently in the middle of a 40-day ego eradicator exercise. This meditation is assisting me in breaking through any blocks in my energy and reconnecting with my actual source.
This meditation is something I do right before I go on stage to give a talk, or before a crucial phone conversation, or whenever I want to bring my highest presence to the table.
Step 4: Access your power in the service of others
“I'll tell you how to find your strength: Use your power for someone who has none,” Marianne Williamson said recently in a presentation.
She got it right! There's no better way to uncover your latent power than to serve someone who doesn't have any. Find a means to serve right now if you're feeling powerless. Volunteer at a homeless shelter or tutor a youngster anything that will help you uncover your power and put it to good use.
This bold move will immediately remind you of your immense power and reinforce the crucial understanding that your strength is better used to help others and serve the greater good.
Step 5: Shine!
The majority of us have been taught to reduce our power output. Playing small is no longer an option. More miracle-minded people awakening to their inherent power and purpose are desperately needed in the world. It is your obligation to shine brightly. When you shine, you illuminate the entire world.
Make it a habit to turn on your inner light on a daily basis. Be more real, stop judging, meditate, and serve others by using these skills throughout the day. Your life will begin to flow as you live in your power on a moment-by-moment basis. You'll have a stronger sense of connection to your mission. You'll be able to live in the light.
How do I awaken my spiritual power?
Seven Ways to Boost Your Spiritual Well-Being
- Examine your spiritual foundation. You are merely asking yourself questions about who you are and what you mean when you explore your spiritual essence.
How do I unlock my powers?
My view is that we should not only nurture this wild monkey, but also consider various strategies to help us improve our mindset.
Here are some ways I recommend for anyone wishing to increase their mental strength:
Be Conscious About What You're Putting in Your Head
The first step in regaining control of your mind is to eliminate bad emotions from your thinking. This entails putting aside negative self-talk and anxiety.
This is a crucial phase since it deconstructs your current belief system. Even if you don't believe in God, there are some things you believe in.
What are your thoughts about your work? If it bores you, your mind will believe it and cause you to feel and act on those feelings.
What about your relationships with your kids, relatives, partner, or coworkers? Those beliefs will pervade how you interact with others.
What are your thoughts on your life as a whole? That belief will have an impact on how you view your life.
These are just a few instances, but they may be applied to other facets of life as well. As a result, make sure you're not afraid of those qualities or seeing them in a negative perspective.
Work on Desire
While our subconscious mind reacts to negativity, it also responds to positive experiences. It thrives on transmitted desire in particular. Again, our mind power requires a goal, and if that goal is driven by desire, our mind will work hard to achieve it.
What brings on a spiritual awakening?
Anything, from the absolutely banal to the completely life-altering, can cause a spiritual awakening.
Life-changing events (i.e., losing your job, moving away from home, a vehicle accident, etc.) and persons who open a spiritual “door” for you are two common causes, according to spiritual author Shannon Kaiser (like a twin flame or soul mate).
“Spiritual awakenings can happen on their own,” she says, “but most are brought on by major life changes or traumas like life-threatening illnesses, car accidents, divorces, war, pandemics, quarter-life or midlife crises, mental health crises like clinical depression or anxiety, or even a near-death experience.”
Tanya Carroll Richardson, a professional intuitive and author of Angel Intuition, notes that anything that inspires (or requires) you to “look at your life from a more spiritual viewpoint” might lead to awakening.
What does spiritual awakening feel like?
Psychological research on spiritual and kundalini awakenings is still in its early stages, and it has tended to ignore events that occur suddenly and unexpectedly. Studies on the impact of mystical experiences, such as spiritual and kundalini awakenings, on well-being have identified the predominantly positive, healing effects of these experiences, as well as some of the more challenging aspects brought on both by their disruptive nature and by their typically biased clinical interpretations. Despite a greater number of research addressing the powerful physical aspect of kundalini awakenings compared to spiritual awakenings, the subtle phenomenological variations between spiritual and kundalini awakenings have rarely been studied. The interchangeable use of these terminology could make it difficult to comprehend these experiences and their effects, especially as stronger bodily feelings may imply more difficult outcomes. Some of the phenomenological and neurobiological bases of drug and non-drug induced ASCs, as well as the links between the spiritual features of ASCs and the symptoms of TLE and trait absorption, have been investigated by neuroscientific and psychological study. However, SSA/SKAs have yet to be mapped within the ASC framework, and the common predictors used to research ASCs (TLL and absorption) have not been tested as efficient predictors of SSA/SKAs.
This paper will explore the general properties of SSA/SKAs, their consequences on well-being, how they compare to other measurable ASCs, their links with TLL and absorption, and the potential phenomenological variations between them in order to fill certain gaps in the data. The authors hypothesize that Spontaneous Kundalini Awakenings (SKAs) are not only more physical than Spontaneous Spiritual Awakenings (SSAs), but also more likely to produce negative experiences, based on the prevalence of anecdotal accounts of physical and energetic experiences preceding challenging kundalini experiences. After that, the phenomenological distribution of spontaneous Spiritual and Kundalini Awakenings will be mapped within the ASC framework by comparing their phenomenological distribution to that of non-drug and drug-induced ASCs. Following a similar approach to the investigation of induced ASCs, analysis will be undertaken to evaluate the hypothesis that TLL and trait absorption predict the severity of the SSA/SKA ASC. More research will be done to see how the SSA/SKA sample's population distribution compares to the distribution of previously reported “normal” TLL and absorption samples. The short- and long-term effects of these events on one's well-being will be investigated.
Can humans have powers?
Humans may not have “spider-senses” like Spiderman or the ability to sprout adamantium claws like Wolverine, but they do have abilities of their own. These superhumans are the product of genetic mutations and have abilities that a normal person would consider inconceivable.
What are my spiritual powers?
Your Spiritual Strength is a memory thief! Everything that matters to you is stored in your mind, allowing you to recall and utilise whatever memory you require. Your Spiritual Ability is a Daydreamer! You have dreams about things that happen in the future and in the past, and you can see into the future and the past.
How do you recognize a spiritual person?
The first evidence of a spiritual person is their lack of fear. When you have a fear or a chronic worry, that fear takes over your life and you are unable to be in the present moment. Fear of public speaking, fear of heights, and fear of bugs are the three most common fears among Americans. Many people, however, are terrified of death, rejection, loneliness, failure, illness, or making poor judgments. Spiritual people understand how to yield to forces beyond their control. In this way, they are similar to children in that they know how to ignore their minds and live fearlessly.
