1. THE GRATITUDE ATTITUDE
Gratitude is one of humanity's most magical feelings. It's the sense of being grateful for whatever or everything you have right now or hope to have in the near future.
Consider 5 things for which you are glad and feel grateful on the inside.
Whatever occurs to you on the outside is a direct reflection of your inner self; keep your inner self joyful to receive the happiest results on the outside.
2. TECHNIQUE OF BREATHING
This is one of the most powerful and underappreciated ways for dealing with stress. Just take a deep breath.
To begin, close your eyes and take a deep breath out. Do 5 rounds of inhaling for the count of 4 and exhaling for the count of 8. Your entire emphasis should be on your breathing whenever you're doing this. Your stomach should expand as you inhale and contract when you exhale. While doing this, don't make any shoulder motions. Focus on your breath and stomach while sitting still.

Yes, you read that correctly. Take out your phone or turn on the television to watch the best comedy/funny film. Let's have some fun and lighten the mood. Our bodies change their chemical composition when we laugh, bringing us harmony and peace. When you're feeling down, try watching a comedy and seeing how your body reacts.
5. Acceptance is essential.

- Negativity generates lower frequency vibrations. Low-frequency vibrations are produced whenever you experience worry, wrath, fear, envy, or hatred. You're being dragged down by these low, heavy vibrations.
- Positive energy produces higher frequency vibrations. You produce high-frequency vibrations whenever you experience love, sympathy, confidence, gratitude, awe, or kinship. You will feel more energetic and cheery as a result of these lively, bouncing vibrations.
Higher frequencies are, in some ways, more potent than lower frequencies, according to spiritual vibration theory.

#4 Hydrate
Hydration aids in the enjoyment of high-vibe energy. You may feel lethargic and unmotivated if you're dehydrated. And when you've had your fill of water, you're usually ready to move! Hydration is a potent source of energy.
#5 Play / Do Something for Joy
As children, we naturally play and are always joyful. But then we have to start being adults, and it's as if we forget how to play and just do things for the sake of doing them. What's more, guess what? Adults should also have fun and play! Set aside time for it.
#6 QT with Animals
Few individuals can gaze at a dog without being giddy with delight. Animals are unique, and spending quality time with them may undoubtedly improve our moods and outlook.
#7 Clean
When our environments get congested and filthy, it can clog both our houses' and our own energies. Make some time to be organized and clean if you feel like the energy in your home is trapped or stagnant.

Following up on #7, you can undertake an energy cleansing using sage to purify the energy of your home (preferably after you've physically cleaned it). Gratitude is, in my opinion, the most effective method to improve your mood. It's nearly hard to be grateful and have a bad mood at the same time. I've already talked about appreciation a lot, but don't miss this one.
