Various terms are used to describe the quantifiable energy field connected with the bodily system, including ch'i, shakti, aura, and biofield. A number of researchers have established that the body's physical functioning is directly linked to its bioenergy field, which is monitored by equipment like the Electrocardiograph (EKG).
A total of seven major chakras, or plexuses, exist in the body, all of which are linked to certain nerves. The neurological system and endocrine glands are thought to be affected by these seven sites. The seven rays of the spectrum light, or rainbow, are associated with each chakra. After four years of deliberate work, I've finally written this piece and reaped the rewards of anger's actual lessons. After licking my wounds from yet another fit of wrath, I relented and said, “What do you want me to learn?”

Spiritual Lessons of Anger
Releasing repressed feelings is the first step.
Nothing stands in the way of a person's rage. Things that may have been brewing for years are brought to the surface. Previously unseen emotions are brought to the surface. In a split second of rage, the rug is ripped out from under you, revealing all of your deepest thoughts and feelings. Those who have experienced this know how detrimental it can be to themselves and their relationships. In order to avoid the odor of something that has beyond its expiration date, the truth must not be suppressed, but rather the truth must not be suppressed at all. To avoid fermenting our thoughts and feelings, anger encourages us to address our genuine thoughts and feelings as soon as they arrive. As a final option, anger can be an effective way to express repressed feelings. When it comes to this lesson, it's all about learning how to express oneself openly and honestly in the here and now rather than hiding it for later.
Determine where you're ready to heal.
Angry feelings are triggered by specific points in one's life. You're enraged when something unexpected happens. What's going on? What caused this? When you answer these questions, you'll discover where you're ready to mend. The wounds in our lives can serve as vents for the raging volcano of our rage. You may easily see the gaps in your own self-healing and transformation when you're in the grip of rage. It will be a sign that you've healed your wounds when those trigger points resurface and you experience them in a whole different light.
Complaining is a good way to get your point across.
Anger might feel like a washing machine on the spin cycle, repeating the same old story and list of problems over and over again. In order to get clear on what you desire, take notice of all the things you're moaning about, and let the laundry list of complaints clean out your consciousness so that you can figure out what it is. After venting your frustration at someone or something, ask yourself: “What do I really want in this situation?” You may want to speak out for yourself, pursue your aspirations, or simply relax rather than being always on edge.
Listen to your inner voice.
As if we weren't being heard, we tend to scream louder and louder.
When you don't listen to your inner voice, you get angry. When you allow yourself to be misled by feelings and intuition that are contrary to your inner guidance. Ignoring your own feelings will not be tolerated by anger. As a way to express your rage, you must be able to listen with an open mind and a keen ear. Anger will yank you back and demand your attention if these vital bits of knowledge are pushed aside.
5. Identify your actual desires and pursue them.
We're all a little ridiculous. Some of us don't let ourselves what we desire, then get enraged when another else gets it. When I am angry, I instantly question myself, “Is there something I want that I'm not allowing myself to have?”. Asking this question reveals your deepest wishes so that they can be fulfilled. You must be able to articulate what you really want, and then give yourself permission to pursue it.
Six. Use your energy wisely.
Anger will tell you if you've strayed from your goals and are on the wrong path. “You're heading the wrong way” will be blasted into the sky with a massive firework display. How do you know which path to take if you're enraged and on the wrong one? The appropriate road is the one that is in accordance with your soul's calling and your actual desires. The wasps' nest of rage will sting you until you remember what happened. The act of remembering is like resetting your GPS.
Identify ideas that don't line up with reality
As much as we strive for happiness and positive outcomes, we might be ambushed by rage at times. Angry outbursts may be the result of a deeper, subconscious belief system that is preventing you from listening to your intuition, directing your energy, and claiming your genuine wishes. Anger is a powerful tool for uncovering the deepest, most ingrained thoughts in a person's psyche. When you're furious, it's easy to believe things that aren't connected with your values and beliefs. Take advantage of these moments and be grateful for the opportunity to uncover such deep-seated motivations so that they can be part of the remembering process. It's a good idea to expose any mismatched thoughts in order to update the constellations in your dreams.
Create a safe environment in which you can grow.
Remembering who you really are and clarifying what you really want can be a scary process. In order to avoid taking the risk of pursuing our aspirations, we often keep ourselves shrouded in fog. To find out where we're stifling ourselves, we can use anger as a compass. We must learn how to protect ourselves and our dreams in order to overcome this type of anger. Having a sense of security allows you to take risks and pursue the life you were born to lead.
Develop a sense of respect for others.
In order to acquire the respect of others, you must listen, understand, and honor the truth by acting in accordance with it.
Angry feelings arise when we disregard our own truth or ignore our intuition, which is why it is so difficult to ignore our inner voice.
Cultivating respect is the practice of recognizing your truth in every aspect of your life, from your thoughts to your actions. Developing self-esteem leads to developing respect for others.
Ten. Take control of your destiny.
Ultimately, all previous lessons are preparing us for the ability to take control of our lives. True alignment is the source of our power. As a result of this strength, we are able to listen to our inner guidance, take risks in the path of our ambitions, and express ourselves freely. It is only when we acknowledge our strength that rage bows to us with respect and softens her stare. She is grateful that you have heeded her advice. Angry feelings have faded from your life, and you're now driven by your hopes and goals. You no longer have to let anger consume you, but instead use it to light your way. In mutual regard and appreciation, you've become friends with anger when you own your power.

Inhale and exhale slowly for at least 10 deep, calm breaths, focusing your attention on your pelvic floor as it contracts and relaxes.
