You've probably heard that keeping a journal can help you stay sane, focused, and productive. It also enhances your mood, makes you calmer, more trusting of your inner guidance, and makes you happier in general.

Because it is constantly available to provide me with inspiration, support, and limitless ideas, I refer to my journal as “my pocket psychotherapist-life coach.” Always willing to put me at ease, save my time, and listen to me.

Yes, I feel this way when I put down my thoughts, feelings, dreams, and visions in my diaries. I have the impression that I am conversing with someone who is always listening to me, unconditionally and without prejudice.

What you may not know is that journaling is a highly effective manifestation method.

The first step in manifesting your desires is to change your mentality. Examine your core beliefs. Check to see whether you have any “resistance” to your aspirations. Make a list of what you want and why you want it. Then act as if you have it already. Be extremely grateful for whatever you have. Finally, take action based on inspiration. You then program your subconscious to believe that everything you want is already yours. The Universe delivers when your subconscious “knows” you already have it. It is required by law.

It takes time to change one's mindset. Patience is required. Begin with little, simple tasks. Many small things quickly grow into major events. However, do these small things on a regular basis.

Abundance – Don't buy the cheapest items; instead, get anything you like most and can afford, and make a mental note to return for more or all of your favorite items shortly.

Your Soulmate – Sleep on one side of the bed and live on the other. Window shop for a birthday present for them.

Getting the Job of Your Dreams — Practice speaking and acting like the professional you envision yourself to be. Play as though you're a

I've made some incredible new friends — Turn up the volume on your music and dance your heart out, pretending to be dancing with your new fantastic buddies.

Perfect Health – Be grateful for every healthy aspect of your body. It is really appreciated. Talk to your body with gratitude in your heart.

All of the aforementioned are greatly aided by journaling. To experience transformation and manifest a better version of myself and all of my dreams, I've made journaling a habit.

Make time for yourself to journal every day; you'll see a huge difference if you stick with it until it becomes a habit.

As a long-time student of the Law of Attraction and how it works, I devised these techniques.

  • Consider what you desire. Each time you journal, try to keep it to one thing. Make it very obvious by writing about it in great detail.
  • Now write down why you think that. What exactly are you looking for in this item? What does it mean to you, and why is it important to you? What will you do with it once you get it, and why will you do it? What will you think and why will you think it? As many whys as you can fit in or as many as you want to ask and answer.
  • Next, concentrate on the answers you gave to the question “How will you feel?” What will your emotions be like? Request that your subconscious reveal you exactly how it feels (what you will feel when you get your desires). Your subconscious will respond right away, and you will begin to experience those feelings. Stay there for as long as you can or want, whether it's a few seconds, minutes, or hours. Those feelings are to be treasured.
  • Then, if you have the time or desire, simply begin writing in your diary as if you already know what you want. You've got it right in front of you. Make sure you're both persuasive and firm. Write about what you plan to do with it now that you have it, how you feel, and how wonderful it is to have it.

Fill in the blanks in between sections of the following list in your diary. Then you'll need to fill in the gaps. Rep each day, filling in the spaces in the same or different ways as needed or requested.

Mantra. This should ideally be the same every day. Decide on a personal slogan and repeat it for several minutes every day.

Make a list of three (or more) things for which you are grateful. This should, in theory, be mostly different every day. Two of the items in my case are usually different, but the first is always the same. My two lovely, adorable, handsome, loving, caring, brilliant, bright, giving, and kind children have made my life so much easier. Every day, I am grateful for them.

My visualisation for the day. Make a choice for the day's visualization. Something you'd like to see come to fruition. Then remember to visualize this three or four times throughout the day.

Today's kind of self-love. Decide what you'll do today to offer yourself some love. Don't forget to complete it on time and really enjoy it. It could be as simple as getting a head massage, getting a pedicure, taking a hot bath, or eating your favorite ice cream. Make the most of the situation.

My objectives. Every day, write down your objectives. Your yearly goals are your monthly goals. Your long-term objectives. The objectives that are most important to you.

Small steps, please. Make a list of all the small steps you'll take to re-program your subconscious mind. The modest, simple actions you'll undertake to assist you in adjusting your perspective. Write down as many different ideas as you can to ensure that you never run out of ways to make your dreams a reality. Daily, take little steps. You can take a few or all of the stages each day. You can alternate between them each day or stick to the same one. The modest steps are all about making space and getting ready for the rain of blessings and miracles that are on their way.

My level of happiness. Determine your happiness score at the start of the day. Make a number from 1 to 10 on a piece of paper. I usually write ten sentences and find that it works well. If I'm not feeling well, I'll write 8, or 7. This shows me that it's all up to me.

Examine your emotions. To find out how you're feeling, do a scan. What is the prevailing emotion and what is the underlying emotion?

Allow yourself to forgive the negative emotions and feelings. Praise positive emotions and feelings and focus on them throughout the day or as needed. When you remember and for as long as you can, ride on the positive feelings.

When I required information on a topic for a blog post and wasn't sure how to get it, the next day, the exact information I needed was the first thing to appear on my Facebook page.

I wanted to write something about it. I didn't know how to concentrate on it. The answer came to me while watching a YouTube video that had nothing to do with the subject.

  • I manifested £540 yesterday, right when I needed it. I say exactly the time I needed it because I would have lost some of it if it had arrived a few minutes sooner. I would have missed out on something if I hadn't visualized it yesterday.
  • Throughout the day, I feel led and connected to my inner self and the cosmos.
  • I'm more aware! I prefer to eat. This is a complete shock. I can't believe I've spent my entire life eating yet rarely savoring and appreciating all of the beautiful flavors.

Here's the thing: I quit keeping a diary, despite the fact that I was a dedicated diarist from the age of 11 until the age of 25, and it was incredibly nutritious for me. Life had been too fast, too hectic, and a little too chaotic for years.

My point is that I restarted after creating the Actor's Inspiration Journal two weeks ago. The aforementioned results occurred within the last two weeks.

What do you write in a manifestation journal?

All of your dreams, goals, and things you'd like to attract in your life should be written down in your manifestation diary. The goal is to collect as many facts as possible so that you may imagine your ideal existence and feel something.

Can you manifest through journaling?

But how can keeping a journal assist you in visualizing your goals? A manifestingjournal is a great place to write about your life and how you wish to materialize your ideal existence. But, more importantly, use it to keep track of everything you've already attracted. Throw in some gratitude and self-reflection, and your diary becomes the ideal Law of Attraction tool.

How do you do the 3 6 9 manifestation method?

Writing down what you want to materialize three times in the morning, six times during the day, and nine times in the evening is part of the 369 method.

This method gained traction on TikTok (of course), with videos using the hashtag “369method” accumulating over 165 million views. It's not difficult to discover people on the app who claim the approach has helped them manifest new relationships, significant sums of money, and other things.

Nikola Tesla, a renowned inventor, was the first to believe that the numbers three, six, and nine were potent numbers for manifesting in the twentieth century. “He believed these sacred numbers were the key to opening the universe,” spiritual adviser Diana Zalucky tells mbg.

Aside from the numbers, the 369 practice follows the law of attraction, which holds that we attract what we focus on.

Shauna Cummins, a hypnotist and author of Wishcraft, adds that focusing on what you want, especially on a regular basis, may help your brain “discover what it's looking for, and thus more likely to magnetize your desires into action.”

Is manifesting a sin?

If you're trying to materialize something great, like a new home, a romance, or a new job, manifesting isn't a sin.

If you strive to generate something negative that will harm someone else, however, you are committing a sin.

Even if you aren't religious, you should never strive to generate something negative since it will “bite” you in the end.

You will always get back what you put into the world, so if you want to be a better person and have more positive things in your life, don't try to create anything negative.

How often should I script manifest?

Scripting your Ideal Month: Use scripting to manifest your next month at the end of each month. Make a list of all the emotions, feelings, and incredible events that will occur in your life.

How do you manifest for beginners?

This is the last topic in this manifesting for beginners piece, and I believe it is one that many people overlook. You get so excited that you want to start over and materialize something different since you've managed to attract something so beautiful into your life. Without truly expressing gratitude to the cosmos.

How can I express my gratitude?

Every night, by writing a gratitude list.

Because we're human, and I'm realistic, this isn't just for the enteral positives.

In life, we're all going to experience some really bad luck.

And I don't mean in a good way.

When you want to make a list that asks, “Is this really my life?”

But bear with me on this.

Spending five minutes every night thinking about ten things you're grateful for from the previous day might drastically alter your outlook.

I feel that writing about that particular day is quite beneficial because if you don't, you'll end up writing the same things over and over again.

For me, yesterday's list includes receiving a thank you text, having a coaching call that made me feel instantly lighter, having the opportunity to watch a new show on TV, having wonderful food in the fridge to cook something for tea (fish finger sandwich, in case you were asking), and so on.

Take a moment to consider how fortunate you are compared to others.

You're doing better than the person in the stars if you're still alive.

I sincerely hope that this short post on manifestation for beginners, despite its length of 2169 words, has helped to clarify how manifestation works in a straightforward manner.

Be explicit in what you want, pick how to ask the universe, trust it will happen and experience the feelings of excitement, take inspired action and be open to how you will receive your possibilities, and, most importantly, be grateful for the wonderful things that will come into your life.

If you try your first manifestation, please let me know when it works – not if it works. If you enjoyed this manifestation for beginners tutorial, please share it on social media to welcome another spiritual newcomer into the fold.

What does 1111 mean in manifestation?

11 is the number of manifestation in Angel Numbers, according to Doreen Virtue, so if you see 11:11, pay attention to your thoughts because you're in high manifestation mode. Today is November 11, or 11/11, the Gateway period of the year, when a portal opens to the divine and our manifestation powers kick into high gear, according to certain mystics. So, on this day of all days, think solely about what you desire and stop worrying!

How do I write my manifestation?

Writing out your goals will help you remember that what you want to achieve isn't just a fantasy; it's something you'll work on every day, and that can lead to genuine results.

With the pandemic disrupting our ability to maintain structure, stability, and drive, it may be more difficult than ever to achieve our objectives.

Writing down our goals is one of the simplest methods to create structure and get back on track with them. The 369 Method, for example, can assist us in manifesting our wishes. To make it even easier, use my free 369 Journal Template!

Writing Your Goals Down Helps You Manifest Them

According to a study by Dr. Gail Mathews, persons who write down their objectives are substantially more likely to achieve them than those who simply express them. The study also found that persons who wrote down their goals and forwarded them to a close friend were more likely to achieve them.

What steps can you do right now to put this knowledge into practice?

Here are some suggestions for manifesting your goals by putting them down as affirmations.

Ways to Start Manifesting by Writing

Rather than simply writing down what you want, make sure to include why you want it. In Write It Down, Make It Happen: Knowing What You Want – And Getting It!, you'll learn how to know what you want and how to get it. This strategy is referred to as the “result of the outcome” by author Henriette Anne Klauser.

Instead of writing down that you want a house with plenty of windows, write down I live in a lovely house with lots of windows so I can appreciate the extra light.

Discovering why your goals are important to you might assist you in focusing on their functionality and coming up with innovative solutions.

In fact, you may discover that if you focus on the essence of what you're looking for, there are a plethora of options that can help you achieve your goal.

Rather to just putting down your objective, go into great depth about how you'll feel once you've accomplished it.

This prevents the exercise from becoming monotonous.

Instead of stating, “I am now a highly successful dancer,” you may say, “I am now a highly successful dancer.” I'm currently a professional dancer with a lot of success. What a pleasure it is to be doing what I enjoy! Being around by talented individuals makes me feel so good. Being a part of something so incredible makes me feel welcomed and fulfilled.

The more you concentrate on the sensation, the easier it will be to become enthusiastic about your objective and to correlate it with happy feelings.

Spend a few minutes writing about how you'll feel in the scene, making sure to include particular details.

If it thrills you, you can do it intermittently or on a regular basis.

Choosing a goal and writing it down as if it were happening right now is one of the simplest ways to materialize by writing.

Do the exercise every day and repeat the statement 15-20 times.

The 369 Method is a method for incorporating affirmations into your daily routine. Writing your affirmations down 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times before bed is part of the 369 Method. To make it easier, I produced a free 369 Method template that you can download.

Journals for goal setting are a fantastic method to organize the process of writing down goals.

There are plenty to choose from on the internet; all you have to do is find one that suits you. Some of them will assist you in identifying ten goals that you want to attain over the following ten years and will need you to write them down every day. Some contain a short appreciation list and room to put down one objective that you're focusing on today to get you in the correct frame of mind. Journaling in a structured format might help you become more intentional in your life. To get started, download my free 369 Method Journal template.

This advice is simple, but don't let that mislead you; it can be really successful.

Your goals are simply written as affirmations in a customized notepad.

The notebook is then placed in a sacred location or a clean drawer.

The following step is critical: you do not open the journal for several months.

This allows you to let go of your attachment to the outcome and makes manifesting more enjoyable.

After a few months or a year, you could be amazed at how many things in your notebook come true.

Just make sure you have enough short- and long-term goals in the notebook to observe some progress.

It's simple to stay motivated and intentional by writing down your goals.

You'll prepare your brain to be goal-oriented and provide yourself with the motivation to inch your way to accomplishment if you can master the discipline of writing them down.

Better better, gain the added advantage of supporting accountability by emailing or texting your goals to a close and trustworthy buddy.

I'd appreciate hearing from you: Do you make a list of your objectives? Do you have any suggestions for keeping the practice fun?

Is it good to manifest every day?

Let's take a closer look at it. Continue reading to learn about three major manifesting dos and don'ts. If you follow them, you'll be able to genuinely co-create with the Universe!

Don't: Expect exactly what you want to just drop in your lap

This could be the most widely held misunderstanding. There's a popular belief that all you have to do is construct a vision board and write a thousand affirmations in your diary, and the exact item you want will materialize in front of you.

Affirmations and vision boards are beneficial because they provide clarity. I adore them both! However, we can be seduced into believing that we know best. We become emotionally invested in a specific conclusion or expect things to unfold in a precise order.

We cut off Universal guidance and move into manic manifesting when we do this.

Do: Trust that the Universe has a plan better than yours

It's not about having total control or achieving all of our short-term goals when it comes to manifesting. Getting what we believe we desire isn't really the point of true manifesting. It's all about receiving what's best for everyone.

You will have experiences when you will attract just what you desire. The idea isn't to control outcomes and get exactly what you want. Keep in mind that your plan may not always be the best one.

If all of your meditations and affirmations are focused on getting a promotion at work, for example, you may be completely blocking a far greater chance at a different company!

In this video, I discuss how, when it came to having a kid, I surrendered to a bigger purpose…

There is a bigger plan than yours. When you surrender to the skill of manifesting, you can trust that spirit will lead you in the direction of your wishes – and much more.

A prayer to let go and trust

From my new book, Super Attractor, here's a short prayer to help you sacrifice your desires and exercise patience:

“Thank you, Universe and highest truth and compassion guides. I'm eager to be liberated. “I am grateful for a newfound faith.”

Say the prayer aloud and allow yourself to sink into the feelings of surrendering to faith in the Universe.

If you encounter any opposition, acknowledge it and return to this prayer. You may repeat it as many times as you like. It's a plea for assistance. You're surrendering your ideas and making room for the Universe's energy to assist you in ways you can't imagine.

Don't: Try to “make it happen”

For many of us, trying to control and compel things to happen is a deeply entrenched tendency.

You may have done some amazing work to release this cycle if you're on a spiritual journey. The ego's demand for control, on the other hand, is deceptive, and we might fall back into this cycle without even realizing it.

Even if you don't consider yourself a control freak (which, to be honest, I do), we all try to exert control in some way. If you want to:

Remember that the Universe has a much better plan than we do. By following that counsel, you can stop controlling and start receiving.

Do: Practice the Spiritually Aligned Action Method

Because manifesting is a cooperation between you and the Universe, it's also known as co-creating. I teach an approach in Super Attractor that I intuitively devised and used in my own life. The Spiritually Aligned Action Method is what it's called.

When we take spiritually aligned action, we can believe that an energy greater than our own is working on our side and that all will work out in the end – even if we don't know when or how it will.

Step 1 of the Spiritually Aligned Action Method

Simply practicing step 1 is a game changer. To prepare for the entire method in Super Attractor, try this drill!

When your passion is united with service and inspiration, it becomes unstoppable.

“How do I know if my goal is backed by service and inspiration?” you might wonder.

“What if what I really want isn't to change the world?” What if I'm looking for love or trying to get out of debt? What does it mean to be of service to others?”

If your ambition fills you with genuine excitement, it's backed by inspiration! Spirit will back you up as long as you yield to the highest good for all.

You must, however, comprehend why you desire something and the energy that drives it. If you want a new career so that your family will approve of you, or if you want a relationship because you feel lonely, your desire is most likely fueled by need and fear.

Here's how to get rid of the energy that's fueling your desire: “Does this desire help me feel motivated and serve others?” ask yourself.

Write in your journal on how your desire makes you feel on the inside. Write about how your good energy and inspiration helps others. You can trust that aligning your energy with service and inspiration will move your goal forward.

Finally, allow yourself to cultivate joy, inspiration, and a strong sense of contribution. Allow yourself to rejoice about your desires!

In this video, I explain what it means to act in a spiritually aligned manner:

Don't: Save your manifesting practices for one special time and place

Many people believe that manifestation takes place exclusively in their Zen den, on their meditation pillow, with all of their crystals lined up and a candle lighted. They spend some time in that space meditating, journaling, and doing anything else they need to feel good and connect with spirit.

Then they wake up, go about their daily lives, and abandon their spiritual activities.

You're choking off the flow of inspiration when you compartmentalize your spiritual activities like way.

We don't just get inspired on a retreat, in a yoga class, or during a religious ceremony. When we put it in a box and keep it isolated from the rest of our lives, we are doing ourselves a big disservice.

Do: Make manifesting part of your daily life

Manifestation is something we do on a regular basis. In truth, we're always generating and attracting – it's just that we do it unconsciously most of the time.

Instead of reserving your manifesting techniques for “special” occasions, incorporate them into your daily routine.

  • Commit to doing some form of meditation every morning, even if it's just sitting in silence for a few minutes and tuned in to your breath.
  • And when you do enter your Zen den, remember to develop the feeling you desire!

Can I manifest beauty?

If you're looking for a unique “Obviously, positive thinking will not transform your physical appearance,” says Dr. Julia Coakes, a clinical psychologist consultant. If you're looking for a unique “It's simply not doable.” Furthermore, over-gassing yourself in the name of manifestation may have the opposite consequence.
