What is my spiritual vibration?

Spiritual vibrations are founded on the belief that all substance in the universe is made up of vibrating energy.

Everything – you, your pets, your home, your favorite material possessions, food, beverages, and everything formed of matter – is included. We're all just vibrations of energy at a specific frequency.

In 1905, scientists realized that matter is a type of energy. We also know that when two entities with energy contact, their vibrations are in tune or out of tune (well, they interact according to wave function).

As a result, even according to scientific theory, all matter is made up of vibrating energy.

Like attracts like, according to believers, and everything is interconnected. This means that the frequency at which you vibrate has an impact on the world around you, drawing more of the same…

What is raising your vibration?

“Good and strong energy is high vibrational energy,” says Marlene Vargas, co-founder of the metaphysical store House of Intuition. “This energy is clean, and it can come from whichever source energy, cosmic energy, or God energy you want to call it.” Low vibration energy, on the other hand, is dark, dense, and heavy, according to Vargas. It's frequently linked to negative emotions like pain, fear, and rage.

According to Tracee Dunblazier, spiritual empath and shaman, the word “increase your vibration” indicates that you are self-aware of your thoughts and feelings. You may notice when you're experiencing a low-vibration emotion (such as jealously or grief) and take action to shift into a higher-vibration emotional state (such as joy, gratitude, or peacefulness).

How do you vibrate high energy?

In my recent therapy practice, I've noticed a recurring issue. A client's remarks put it up nicely: “When I look about at the people around me, everything seems to go their way, everything fall into place, and they just seem to have so much luck. I don't seem to be having the same luck.”

My vibration was so low a few years ago that I was flat on the floor (with CFS). I was completely and utterly stranded, with no notion how to proceed. I was plagued by a slew of limiting thoughts that were stifling my progress. I seemed to be attracting individuals into my life who made me feel anxious all of the time, people who were ‘toxic' if you will.

Fast forward a few years (and a life-changing CTC treatment), and I've regained my health; I have an amazing new career doing a little bit of everything I love; I've freed myself of fear and limiting beliefs (one of the most exciting'releases' was overcoming my fear of public speaking); and I've made a whole host of new and amazing friendships. All of this is because I learned not just how to raise my frequency, but also how to keep it there.

Fundamentally, I learned to let go of the desire to know how things would turn out and simply believe that they would.

What is ‘vibration'?

Cassandra Sturdy* describes it thus way: “Your ‘vibration' is a euphemism for your total state of being. Energy vibrating at different frequencies makes up everything in the cosmos. At the quantum level, even things that appear solid are made up of vibrational energy fields. You are included in this.”

Sturdy goes on to say that we are a ‘being' made up of multiple energy levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, from both a scientific and metaphysical standpoint. Each of these levels has its own vibrational frequency, which is added together to form your overall vibration.

Within us and around us, all vibrations function at high and low frequencies. If your vibration is low, it will be obvious; all you have to do now is become conscious of the problem and attempt to correct it. Perhaps your finances have dried up, your health has deteriorated, or you are surrounded by negative individuals. However, when your vibration is high, you get that wonderful feeling of being in the flow. Here you may be attracting inspiring people into your life, bouncing out of bed each day full of hope, things in your business may be going particularly well, and your money account may have never looked so fantastic!

It's a good idea to remember that like energy attracts like energy. For example, I can tell when my vibration has dropped since it affects every aspect of my life. My energy levels may be low, my health may be compromised, sales of my eBook may suffer, and money may not be flowing as freely as it should. If your vibration is high, however, you are more likely to attract the positive, inspiring people into your life that you seek; you are probably brimming with energy; that job promotion you've been hoping for just arrived; and possibilities seem to fall into your lap.

So, what is the best way to raise our vibration? I know it sounds complicated, but I'm here to tell you that it's the most basic of tasks! Continue reading to discover how you may begin attracting more abundance into your life so that you, too, can be known as the “fortunate one”!

ways to raise your vibration.

1. Make yourself aware of your ideas.

Your reality is formed by everything you think, say, and feel. Every notion that crosses your mind has an effect on you. For example, I used to remark, “I had to get 8 hours of sleep every night or I'll turn into a rabbit in headlights.” During a CTC session, I got that (limited) belief cleared, and presto! I ain't no rabbit if I get at least 6.5 hours! When you transform your negative thoughts to positive ones, your reality is likely to alter as well.

But, in the face of adversity, it's easier said than done, right? How about this: the next time a bad idea pops into your head, notice it, thank it for showing up, dismiss it, and replace it with something positive.

2. Appreciate and find something beautiful.

We often stroll around with our blinkers on, oblivious to the beauty that surrounds us. Stop rushing and take a moment to admire your surroundings by standing in the sun.

3. Be aware of the meals you consume.

Some foods vibrate at high frequencies, while others vibrate at lower frequencies (broccoli vibrates at a high frequency, as do blueberries; Big Macs do not vibrate at all ;-). You will vibrate lower if you consume foods that have been exposed to chemicals and pesticides, or foods that have been packaged in plastic. Consume high-quality organic produce, food as nature intended, on the other hand, and feel the high vibrations spread throughout your body. Most essential, pay attention to how different foods make you feel after you eat them.

4. Drink plenty of water.

Always drink enough of water (filtered is preferable) to help your body flush out toxins on a daily basis. Toxicity has a significant impact on our vibration, therefore we must do everything we can to mitigate its effects both within and outside of us.

5. Take some time to meditate.

Close your eyes and breathe in and out while sitting in a comfortable position. Too frequently, we rush through our days with a jumbled mind, resulting in anxiety and tension. Meditation aids in the relaxation of your spirit and the attainment of a serene state of mind. Just ten minutes of meditation every day can completely transform your life.

6. Give thanks.

Making a thanksgiving list moves your vibrations away from what you don't have and toward what you currently have. There's a lot more to be thankful for than you might think. For example, every night before I go to bed, I jot down 5 things I am grateful for that day (in a small gratitude journal). It's really a lovely activity.

7. Perform random acts of kindness.

Giving without expecting anything in return changes your mindset from “I don't have enough” or “Woe is me” to “I have more than enough to give to others.” The vibe of abundance is very high. In a similar way, being kind (rather than being cruel) raises your vibration. If you gossip or mistreat others, your vibration will suffer.

8. Get your heart rate up.

Movement is required for vibration, and the more you move, the better your vibrations will move. So get moving! Dance! Because you are working at a different frequency, the better you feel, the more happy experiences you will attract to yourself.

Do you have any additional points to add to our list? What activities cause you to vibrate at a higher level?

Traditional Songs High Vibe Music

Different songs may increase your frequency when it comes to traditional tunes. As a result, this is a very intimate group.

The crucial thing to consider here is whether or not a music uplifts you and makes you feel joyful when you listen to it. Perhaps something a little lighter? Is it able to assist you re-create the feeling you receive when you undertake other high-vibe activities, such as practicing gratitude or meditating?

Though there are many songs that make me feel great, the songs in the following category are the ones that help me the most when it comes to elevating my mood, and they're what come to mind when I think “high vibrational music.”

Spiritually-Inspired High Vibe Music

In this area, I'm referring to music that is associated with spiritual activities and events. Consider a yoga or meditation class.

And, while some may not consider it “music,” I also enjoy using sound baths to improve my mood.

How do you shift your energy?

I've discovered five key ways to alter my energy, which I'll outline here. There are only suggestions, not prescriptions, as always. Take what works for you, leave the rest, and alter and adjust to your specific needs and tastes. If necessary, repeat a practice or try a few new things. Your role is to simply note what feels supportive and helpful as you construct and participate in these rituals.

  • Make use of your senses. Provide oneself with a soothing or energizing sensory experience. Take a walk or drive, listen to music, eat something wonderful, take a bath, talk to your plants, and pet your pets, to name a few suggestions. The trick is to be present and enable your senses to be fully engaged.
  • Pay attention to your breathing and body. The breath can serve as a grounding anchor for us in the present moment, and it is constantly there. Spend a few minutes deliberately observing and recording your breath. You might also move your body to change your energy – here are 30 movement suggestions to get you started!
  • Change your surroundings. Either move to a different location or make a change in your surroundings. This could imply leaving the area or perhaps the house. This could include things like changing the lighting, rearranging the furniture, or making your bed.
  • Release your emotions in a symbolic way. You can express your emotions by writing them down, crumpling them up, and burning or shredding the paper. You may either scream into a pillow or up into the sky. Find a means to let go of the emotional weight metaphorically or spiritually.
  • Seek out accountability or a sense of belonging. Enlist the help of a friend or loved one to help you change things up. This could entail inviting them to participate in the ritual or simply texting them before and after you've completed the rites you wish to do. We don't have to undertake difficult things by ourselves; in reality, we really do need one other.

How do you know when your vibration is low?

When an unpleasant event comes, you have a deeper understanding that it is for your benefit and that you are safe.

You continually criticize yourself and frequently use negative phrases such as “I'm unfortunate, life stinks, I don't like my body,” and so on.

The quickest approach to improve your vibration is to express gratitude. Be appreciative for the little things in life, such as excellent health, a delicious meal, and family.

Can listening to music raise your vibration?

Music is one of the most underappreciated ways to instantly increase your frequency. Because music is essentially vibrations, sound has a significant effect on humans, and listening to certain vibrations can help you raise your vibe.

Music has been proven to influence your mood and even work as a sort of therapy, not just to assist increase your mood but also to relieve anxiety and tension, according to studies.

The best part is that music is always available to you. So, the next time you're down, turn on your favorite playlist and enjoy the advantages of sound healing through music in a matter of seconds.

Movement

I often preach about using movement as a method to raise your vibration because I believe it is vitally necessary for releasing low vibration emotions. How do you expect higher vibes to flow in if you don't let go of the lower vibe emotions?

It's similar like purchasing a new couch: the old one must be moved to make way for the new.

You can use movement to move energy that has been stagnant or imprisoned in your body. It enables you to let go of anxieties, anxiety, stress, and other negative emotions. And I'm sure I don't need to cite a study to show that exercise can improve your mood; it's just common knowledge these days.

However, a full workout isn't required to boost your vitality. While I love yoga, I also believe that ordinary activity, such as walking, is beneficial. Have a dance party if you need something even faster!

Close your eyes, switch on some music (you're now using two tools!) and simply let your body move to the music in whatever way it wants. That is true magic, and I guarantee you will feel much better in a matter of seconds.

Appreciation & gratitude

Gratitude and appreciation have the same frequency, therefore practicing one or the other can significantly improve your mood. It could be as simple as saying thank you or sending a text to a buddy to express your gratitude.

Gratitude and showing appreciation require very little effort, but because it is not a habit, people find it difficult to do so on a regular basis. However, if you're committed to raising your vibrational frequency, you can do so quickly and effortlessly at any time of the day to reap the benefits right away.

I love this video that shows how sending a letter of appreciation to someone makes you happier, and then taking it a step further and phoning the person you wrote the letter to and reading it to them makes both of you happier.

Smiling and laughing

This is the simplest instrument for changing your vibration, and all it takes is for you to remember to do it, which is to grin! It doesn't matter whether you're cranky, depressed, or gloomy AF; just smiling for a second can fool your brain into thinking you're happier.

Just like frowning might make you feel sadder, scowling can make you feel more serious.

Also, when you laugh, you produce feel-good chemicals and experience an increase in happiness!

If you need a good laugh, turn on a humorous video on YouTube or go through your favorite meme account on Instagram. You'll feel better in no time!

Change your surroundings

People often make excuses for not using this tool, arguing that they can't change their environment, but I invite you to consider whether you're overcomplicating it.

You don't have to change your surroundings indefinitely; it could simply be for a few minutes to get you out of your current situation.

If you're at work, a quick walk to the bathroom or up and down the hallway a few times will help you feel better.

I work from home, and I go insane if I work from home every day or in the same room. I frequently go to a coffee shop to work in order to mix things up, be inspired by different settings, and keep my spirits up so I don't get bored working in the same area all the time.

Connecting to nature is the best approach to shift your vibration with your environment. Get outside if you can, breathe in the fresh air, hug a tree if you feel so inclined, stroke the bark with your fingertips, or take off your shoes and feel the grass blades on your skin.

Nature has also been shown to improve your mood by assisting you in becoming more nicer, happier, and creative.

The most important message from this post is that you can modify your vibration right now with simple techniques.

If you're worried you'll forget to use these strategies to raise your vibratory frequency, set reminders on your phone or computer's calendar or set alarms that simply remind you to move, smile, listen to music, get outside, or express thankfulness.

Enjoy your day, my reader, and may it be full with high-vibrational ideas, positive energy, and plenty of enjoyment!

What has the highest vibration?

Eat a lot of high vibration energy and nutrient-dense foods like organic nuts, fruit, veggies, and fresh herbs for optimal health. Foods that are extensively processed, microwaved, chemically altered, genetically altered (GMO), include chemical additives, or have been mistreated by a person should be kept to a minimum. They don't add much in the way of excellent vibrational energy and nutrition to your body. Thank and praise the ingredients when we consume meat or seafood because they have given their lives for our enjoyment.
